Liked the initial few weeks with tests etc but now feel a bit abandoned as seemingly no interaction apart from meal logging. Not losing any appreciable weight.

Dropped by yesterday with a faulty airbrush. Tim had a quick Look, swapped over a seal and wouldn’t take any money for it. Excellent service as always.

Ok so I sent a rug using parcel compare. All went well at first. The parcel arrived on time. However 10 days later I received an email from parcel compare saying I had misquoted the size/weight and I was being fined. The original price was approx £44. The fine was nearly £169!!!!! Apparently the extra weight accounted for £4.50 of this and the rest was to dissuade me from doing this again!!! When I appealed this was rejected because I didn’t have photos of the parcel with scales for every dimension or an image of the weighing scales reading!!! So my advice is be very careful with them as it could cost you dear!!!

No hassle simple process. V pleased

Love the idea but didn’t get on with the app. For example I didn’t pick charities as a group so couldn’t update my national trust membership and there’s no back button! Still had to advise a lot of businesses etc not covered by sloth.

Ordered a pair of trainers from them via Facebook advert. Came quickly in a lovely canvas bag and free socks. The shoes fitted perfectly and are oh so comfortable. Can’t believe the price either. Will definitely use this company again.

I ticked Saturday delivery. It arrived Tuesday. Evri dumped the parcel on our front door step in view of everyone passing even tho it could have easily been concealed. Luckily a neighbour took it in. I have complained to Evri and perhaps toolstation need to use a more reliable courier

Bit of a mixed review here. Purchased a cairns low awning from the poole branch. The staff member couldn’t have been more helpful. Full marks there. However the awning wasn’t in stock so I selected home delivery. The item was delivered by Evri and they sent all the relevant updates etc. However when the tent was received it appears the go warehouse hadn’t secured the box containing the tent as both ends were open and there was no sign of any tape. Luckily the tent was in a bag.

Visited local store 2 weeks ago intending to buy an electric bike. Cycle person wasn’t there. Rest of staff didn’t have a clue! On duty manager showed me a pile of still boxed bikes and said the one I was interested might be in there somewhere! Anyway I managed to work out it was too small so I looked at a compass electric bike. The display one was the only one they had and it was battered so I ordered one at the till. Got an email confirming purchase and then one telling me it was being delivered by DHL. Strange as I was expecting it to go to the store for assembly. Anyway the bike did arrive at the store and not my house. I heard nothing more and was going away on holiday so I phoned store and was told they’d built the bike and asked why I hadn’t collected it? Apparently an email should have been sent which I never received. I was told the bike would be kept safe at the store in a locked cubicle. When I went to collect it it was chained to the cycle dept desk with another bike which appeared to be in for a service. Again no cycle staff available and young lad who served me had no clue about where the charger etc was and asked me to come back later in the week when they found the items! I declined and after some time cajoling him, the charger etc was located. He then asked me why I bothered wearing a cycle helmet! No mention of any after sales service on the bike or anything resembling good customer service.

Excellent from start to finish. Covid messed up our installation but Todd held the doors in storage for 6 months! Delivery driver was superb. Definitely old style service. We need more companies like this!
