The current general situation with regards to the supply of gas/electric has been a little volatile and now the Ofgem impending new tariff has made us aware of the current instability of the whole issue. The need to keep aware of continual changes has made us look at the Octopus fixed price tariff offer in a different light. Whilst we could continue to monitor our usage ( and still will) It makes sense to know that our outgoings will be stable month to month at a fixed rate. The short video from your CEO Greg was very helpful in explaining the thoughts behind the offer and was clearly set out, hence our decision.

I've been with Origin since 2017 and despite a few 'hiccups' have been relatively happy with the package, prices and service. Lately I've had a few issues with connections and have researched an alternative provider to the point of moving my custom - now i am pleased that I didn't!
I spoke to a very pleasant chap Simphiwe and negotiated a new acceptable deal during which time I mentioned my connection problems and he passed me to Thembelihe who took me through several procedures to determine a solution. To cut a long story short, my first call was Thursday, an Openreach engineer came Friday and repaired the line, a new router was despatched arriving Saturday so up and running that evening. I was kept informed along the way by a really great team including Elisha and Nolubabalo. How's that for efficiency? Thank you so much to the Origin team, give yourselves a pat on the back!

The ease of ordering on-line was very simple and the product great but the collection from Currys' shop leaves a bit to be desired. The assistants were in no particular hurry to serve but were pleasant enough when they finally came to the counter.

It seems that Octopus Energy are carefully monitoring accounts to ensure that customers are prepared in enough time for any increases to allow for adjustments and help as necessary which I find quite refreshing from a large organisation. Always informative with regular information and very helpful online and on the telephone makes them one of the best. A quick response from Raman to my email message was very much appreciated.

This is a really well equipped cottage right at the harbour side with exceptional views across Craster and out to sea. Very comfortable and great as a base for those that like walking the coast with the chance of seeing seals and dolphins at certain times of the year. If you are not into walking then the views alone will help you to relax and enjoy a good book.

I had a delivery from this company but unfortunately the packaging and the product were badly damaged as if dropped somewhere along the line and was unusable. I contacted customer services and spoke to Jack who jumped into action after seeing pictures on my email and sent a replacement.
