This is the second time I've ordered a new bed and matching headboard and very happy with the quality and customer service when I called to check a few details. I thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting to buy a new bed. Lots of choice in bases and colours. Great company.

I'm shocked beyond belief that I was going to be charged £206 per month for gas and electric. A single person paying more than a family of 4 and they wouldnt change my direct debit?!! Outrageous. I'm off, going to Octopus where I'll be paying a more realistic figure for a single person in their home.

First time time booking with Villa Plus and very impressed Easy booking process, good communication and very helpful taxi drivers that did our transfers. We were really impressed with the helpful rep Menorca side, who allowed us to have a late check out as our flight wasn't until the evening, he checked to see if there were any bookings the following day and called to say we were fine to leave a little later. That was really appreciated. The villa itself was as photos showed, although it's a little tired and needs a bit of tlc. Be prepared for hard mattresses too. The Pool was lovely and the gates meant we didnt have to worry about the young children falling in if we werent watching them for a moment. Good location for all amenities, bus stops and beach. Would definitely book with them again and will recommend to family and friends.

Switched to Thortful from Moonpig a few years ago as Moonpig never delivered on time. Very happy with Thortful and will continue to use. Love that they send you a discount code if you set a reminder for people's birthdays. Lovely choice of cards. It would be lovely if you were able to upload photos to personalise them, hopefully they will in the future?
Would have been 5 stars but really don't understand why you can't email the tickets like other tickets selling platforms? E-tickets are not only more environmentally friendly, they are just so much easier and saves the the postage costs. Get with the times guys!

Bought these as a gift for my Brother who is a new Daddy and wants to take his baby boy swimming once the world had returned to some sort of normality! He's very happy with the colour, quality and design.
I have tried to contact Berrylook three times by email to return the items I received for a refund, they NEVER respond, there's no customer service phone number to try and after reading all these terrible reviews, it looks like I am not alone! The order that arrived is VERY POOR QUALITY, the sizing is all wrong, even though I used their size chart. Very disappointed and I want my money back!! THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY WHO ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!! I am returning the package to the returns address today on the label, then going to TRADING STANDARDS BOARD if I don't get my refund

Very user friendly website, easy to navigate around, I wish all Companies used simple websites like this. Hope the flowers are just as fabulous when they arrive.
