Similar experience to others with buying a gift voucher. Website says 5 working days so I ordered 2 weeks in advance and it never came (this was before postal strikes). Eventually managed to get a refund from the company - the voucher then came through the door and they sent me the wrong one anyway! I ordered £35 and got £20. It’s a lovely looking voucher and perfect for a gift but unfortunately the service is just terrible. If you can get one from the cinema in person then do that.

I can’t knock delivery as they came next day but 2 of the 3 vapes I ordered were incorrect. I have contacted the company a few times and they have ignored every time.

Not warned in advance of fees if your form gets over 10 responses. Ok I get paying for a service but £30 for 100 responses????? Daylight robbery the website is so so basic. It was too late I had sent the form out to over 100 people so had to pay.

Mixed experience. The jewellery is lovely but I’m not sure if it is worth the price on site - do they ever sell at full price? Even though I bought them together I had to assemble the charm onto the necklace myself which was a nightmare and ended up getting all the lovely white packaging scruffy. There’s a note inside the box that says ‘affordable luxury’ which isn’t what you want the person your buying for to see! How is a £60 necklace affordable?

Lured me in with a cool sounding event and making me feel like it would sell out quick. Promised a ‘secret location’ to be revealed but after weeks of radio silence they cancelled the night before the event using COVID as an excuse. Has said that it will be rearranged but they have deleted the event from site. Scam.

I received a overnight stay with dinner gift and have never found it more frustrating to redeem. Firstly even though the voucher boasts more than 350 hotels, they were in random locations which I have no desire to travel to, not even any in London?? Then if I contacted the hotel to stay they told me they don’t accept the voucher on Saturdays or I have to pay extra. I have now had to pay £40 extra to stay somewhere and they boast the same experience on their website for £90 so buyagift have cashed in at our expense.

Products were much smaller than stated on website.
Cheapest delivery is £3 and they make you pay for returns yourself, cheapest I could get was £5.
£8 out of pocket for a terrible service!
