I have NOT bought any of the products as I read the ingredients & it said "Aluminum Chlorohydrate" NOT so body friendly as they make out!! A deodorant with aluminum salt is used to combat perspiration. They can be found on INCI lists under the following names: aluminum chloryde, aluminum chlorohydrate, aluminum chlorydrex, aluminum sesquichlorohydrate, aluminum zirconium. Any ALUMINUM in my opinion is BAD !

I used Paddons PE140DF As one of my cats had an accident! £500 later my cat was MISDIAGNOSED !as I contacted a referral vet to get a QUOTE to repair a FRACTURED pelvis. Grove vets said " FREE to view xrays for a Quote"! Grove Vets said " NO FRACTURE"! I have now received a Bill from PADDONS asking for £93.24 for sending MY xrays I paid £500 for! It was agreed from BOTH sides there was NO CHARGE! I would like to know WHAT is this charge for?? I am DISGUSTED with corporate VETS as MANY animals MUST be SUFFERING due to your OUTRAGEOUS prices for MISDIAGNOSING & obviously general things the average pet owner can NOT afford! Especially when your turnover is in EXCESS of £36MILLION! I sent emails DIRECT to vetpartners and so far been totally IGNORED!!

I received an email where YOUR company says you have 5 stars on TRUSTPILOT That is a LIE!!!!! You have 4.4 stars! So you are happy to LIE about this , and I know you LIE about your food!! There was NOT a NO STARS!! I would like to know WHY some of the pouches smell OFF by the end of the day if left in my cats dishes as if as fresh as you say this should not happen. I also do NOT like that you have to subscribe and that when you RESTRICTED pouches you were happy to send the food without any reason for sending TRAYS which my cats HATE!`And WHY do they HATE the Trays?? You say they contain the same food as the Pouches 🤔 Your refer a friend link NEVER works & unbeknown to myself you change the amount of % a friend would receive . Why is the chicken always so brown?? And WHY is it NOT written somewhere Obvious that the Duck recipe is Duck & CHICKEN??? I would also like to know WHY you should be the ones to dictate how much one should feed THEIR cats?? We are not all stupid & neither are our cats ! To cancel a subscription you have to hunt for this as again HIDDEN & you have to cancel each individual cat if have more than one! You obviously do NOT remove our details as one can resubscribe & ALL the details reappear ! There seems to be a LOT of HIDDEN things in your business!! You tried to sell me TRAYS when my cats would NOT eat it! Because you had RUN out of the Pouches. If I had not noticed I would have been CHARGED for TRAYS my cats would NOT EAT!! The last lot of food I had from you my cats would NOT touch, you could tell the so called Duck which is hardly any Duck was not the same as the last lot! It smelt predominantly of LIVER!! WHY?? I have cooked PURE Duck for my cats & used the giblets & it did NOT smell of Pure Liver!! As people have said on your FB page, your company is ALL for the money NOT for the CATS!

SLEAFORD, NG34 8NP I bought 2 hot chocolates £2.98 total I gave a £20 and received a £10 2pence coin then the girl who came over to serve us scratching her privates in a filthy yellow viz jacket handed me a handful of 20p coins! and the receipt. When I counted the coins I was £3 short. I spoke to another woman who said she had to count the till. She came back basically told me I was LYING! She got another so called manager who was even worse than the 1st 1. She also was Accusing me of LYING by saying the till was correct. Eventually they refunded the money for the hot chocs, but I REFUSE to be accused of LYING . If the 1st female got my change wrong as couldn't count then how many others has she got wrong? Also we had had a very long day and did NOT need to be arguing with an idiot! I am sure you will do NOTHING RE this complaint as such a big corporation and will NOT care. Also the useless garbage virtual assistant on your page will NOT let you put enough words to FINISH what one NEEDS to say! I can also NOT put a pound sign on this message on your system.! Your system is as useless as your RUDE staff.

I was in ALL DAY! I asked for the the parcel be left by my BACK DOOR! As if in my field doing things I would NOT know you were there! BUT , no you took back to the depot and it is consumables that NEED to be in a FRIDGE .. NOT a DAM VAN! Also I rang the so called help line & the ASSES HUNG up on me as nearly closing TIME!!!

I BUY from the REAL British Supplements company. I have seen in the 1 star reviews many LIES. I NEVER receive endless emails, I order online and they always arrive fast. The REAL Business is owned by a chap called CHRIS, Not the name stated in a 1 star review on here! This is what I have seen in just a couple of the Negative reviews that are LIES about the REAL BRITISH SUPPLEMENTS Business !

Good food if you get the pouches as my cats would not eat the trays, Sadly it is expensive if you own many cats.

Was great to speak to someone who was friendly & very helpful. Would recommend to anyone. Did not seem expensive for a new part, but was the fact I could ring & speak to someone who could order the correct part for my mower. Nice easy transaction , looking forward to receiving the part.

Telephoned this company today. They could not sell/exchange the currency i wanted ,but the lady was VERY helpful & a pleasure to talk to unlike some companies these days
