Worth the money for the more expensive pass. Although 4 days in and still not clear how we pay on public transport at all, no where to scan the QR codes and no one checking tickets.

Tried for 8 weeks to get an appointment, two were cancelled on me and half the stores in Edinburgh wouldn’t even allow me to book. All for a 5 mins contact check up that I needed if I wanted to continue to get contacts through VE. I was 10 mins early to my appointment and waited 15 mins to even be acknowledged by a member of staff and then my appointment was 10 minutes late.

I ordered from them before Christmas, I didn’t get my delivery but with Christmas it slipped my mind. I sent a note to check on it, I was told it was delivered and since it was past the 14 days they did not owe me anything. This email came from the owner, no apologies, just not our problem. In fact, it is their problem, the retailer is responsible to ensure a delivery gets to the customer, my order wasn’t even for a lot of money so just send me a replacement. They haven’t, so now they’ll have negative reviews from me to friends and family.
