I regret not reading reviews before…

I regret not reading reviews before placing my order. I ordered an item, and the company confirmed they have 12 'in stock' and ready to ship. However, my order was cancelled today. When I called/emailed to inquire, I was told that they cancelled my order because the item was out of stock. This is unacceptable. It seems this company takes orders for items they don't actually have and lacks inventory management. This place is a joke.

Ordered 'in stock' 'available…

Ordered 'in stock' 'available immediately' arai helemt. They accepted order & payment. Later they sent me email that simply says it's completely 'sold out' but didn't issue a refund. I ASKED FOR THE REFUND AND THEY SENT ME REFUND IN EURO THAT IS $50 LESS THAN WHAT I SENT THEM BECAUSE OF CURRENCY FEE. I request to get full refund and provide them all the receipt and proof of how my refund was short $50. They've been ignoring me since. No apology nothing. Just siellence. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER WHO SELLS PRODUCT THEY DONT HAVE.
