had no trouble booking a service a lot different now to what it used to be in the past it took as many as 10 pnone calls and passed from one department to another

we stayed at the smokehouse iron bridge george its the worst place we have ever stayed at we were 0n top floor no lifts only badly lit rickerty stairs no proper hand rail very low beams had to go to to pub next door for our breakfast very poor selection of food room and bed was very clean but it should not be classed as a hotel anyone withknee or leg problems as i have could not manage the stairs very dissapointed stay

as it was my upcoming birthday my wife and i was presented with a free pot of tea and a slice of cake which i thought was a very nice gesture

the engineer was very friendly and did a very good clean service

all ways get good treatment here and a good wxamination

Had a very thorough eye examination felt completely happy with the results

a far better exprience than last year.i booked a service for the 7th march the engineer phoned this morning to see if he could service my boiler today.last year i tried to book a service for march it took 10 phone calls to Baxi and Legal and General and was told that no paperwork had been forwarded.in the end i told them that if the problem was not resolved quickley i would cancel the contract so they got an outside company to do the service 2 months after the due date
