Pongo una estrella porque no es posible poner menos. Esta empresa es penosa. Por favor, si os ha ocurrido mirar esta página antes de enviarles vuestro dispositivo, echaros para atrás porque no reparan nada y es posible que os lo devuelvan peor. La experiencia que he tenido con ellos ha sido de pesadilla: son el servicio técnico de más de una marca que, de manera surrealista, envían a sus clientes con ellos. Pues una de ellos fui yo: envié un dispositivo con la pantalla rota. Me pidieron un dineral para la reparación, que acepté porque no me quedaba otra. Pues resulta que después de un mes me lo devuelven sin reparar, según ellos por un problema logístico, pero dos meses después todavía no me han devuelto el dinero, ni contestan mis correos, ni tienen un teléfono donde llamar. La impotencia es tan grande que no os podéis imaginar y lo más probable es que les tenga que denunciar para que me devuelvan el dinero. Y mientras tanto, sigo con el dispositivo sin arreglar…

I give Wizz Air 1 star because it is not possible to give them 0. I've recently travelled with them for the first and probably the last time. I had hand luggage and a big suitcase so I thought I I would do the check in at the airport which I have done every time I had luggage to check in. My surprise was to arrive at the desk where the lady who attended me let me know that I had to pay 35 euros because I didn't do the check in online. So, what they do is completely non-sense. Either if you have just hand luggage or a suitcase to check in, they ask you to do the checking online and bring the paper to the desk. If you don't, you have to pay 35 euros no matter what, sth that is not said anywhere on their webpage or it is hidden from the customers. The proof was that almost everybody in the cue had to pay the 35 euros...Shameful. Plus the comfort on the plane is minus 10. The space between the chairs is so small that my knees got really aching and I'm 1.65. I can't imagine how taller people could manage there. And all in all, it hasn't been a cheap flight for what they offered. Vueling, Ryanair, Blue Air are all much better low cost companies.
