Commande annulée suite à un problème de paiement. Je constate que tout est normal dans mon compte bancaire. J'accède au site et je vois que l'article que j'ai précommandé à 29 euros, puis annulé, n'est plus à 29, mais à 46 euros!
J'ai effectué un signalement au service consommateurs, et Fnac répond qu'ils avaient annulé suite à un problème de stock. Donc il y a jamais eu de problème de paiement. Ils ont donc menti 2 fois, puisque ils avaient du stock, mais pas au même prix. Il faut préciser que l'article était à 29 partout. Annuler un article pour une raison fausse, et surtout une raison qui nous met en état d'alerte comme un problème de paiement est vraiment repoussant.
J'écris cet avis suite à une deuxième annulation, aussi suite à un problème de paiement (inexistant). 2ème annulation en 2 semaines.

Mediocre service now gone 100% bad.
Prime was mediocre at best. Movie lineup wasn't great, and the uneven treatment of versions, meaning available subtitles and dubbing was annoying.
Prime updated their terms and now decided they were so poor that had to have ads added to the already poor content. That was months ago. Decided to watch a movie to see how many ads I will be able to "enjoy". Started a film with an ad. 1 of 1 wasn't so scare. All good. That's it?? That wasn't too bad! Until I reach minute 23 and I get 3 ads totalling 1m30s of unskippable content. Turned it off and switched to Netflix. So long, Prime!

Précommande contenant 4 articles, 3 envoyés. Aucune empathie de la part des agents, ne lisent meme pas les messages.
Ils m'ont assuré que je recevrai l'article manquant dans les prochains jours, maintenant article indisponible.
Aucun respect pour ses clients.

A scam. What a shame. The US store is the opposite of the JP developer.

Awful service. The worst. 2 months to exchange an item, from damaged to another damaged one. They take days as they were weeks. We will contact you in the next few days means weeks or months, and you need to repeatedly spam them in order to get a reply. Every step of a return is like this. Avoid unless you wanna suffer. The graphic designer is great though...the rest...a nightmare.

Envoyé 10 emails, avec de photos, aucune réponse. Je ne peux pas retourner le colis puisque les infos de suivi son incorrectes et donc, pour le système, je ne peux pas retourner un article que je n ai pas recu. J ai appelé une dizaine de fois, soit un me raccroche avant meme de parler à quelqu un, soit tous les agents sont occupés. Service inexistant. Je ne peux rien faire.

En tant qu`acheteur, vous payez extra pour la protection achteurs. Si vous achetez un manteau et vous recevez une chaussure, vous devez payer le retour. Meme avec la protection. On paye extra pour une protection qui sert strictement à rien. Enfin, non, ca sert à amortisser les frais de retour. Voilà, C`est tout.
Une arnaque.
Les acheteurs payent l envoi, la protection et le retour. Plus jamais.

Voici mes 3 dernies achats :
1 - Précommande avec bonus offert pas recu. Arnaque. Réponse: bonus avec des quantités limitées. Arnaque.
2 - Retrait dans 1h...annulé un jour aprés, et pas disponible. à quoi sert donc loption retrait dans 1 heure ?
3 - Envoi dans un magasin. Une édition collector toute abimée, carton applati. Le vendeur me traite comme un débile pare-ce que non, pas envie d acheter un article endommagé que j ai payé a plein prix.
En tout cas, il y a RIEN de positif que je puisse dire sur ce magasin. Absolumment rien.

Bought a limited edition of a popular game. Sold out everywhere. Shipped inside a smaller box than the item itself. In order to fit the item inside the box, they crushed it. Now add shipping...Completely ruined. They told me for the inconvenience, they fully refunded my on store credit. That never happened. That was a lie.
Kept sending them emails until I threatened to open a PayPal case, they immediately replied to ship the item back
So they ruined a game that is sold out. Sent them 11 messages in 17 days, they lied about adding credit to my account.

So now I have no game. But I do have 16 days of frustrations, 11 messages, 8 unanswered. I lost time and this special edition. Now, they can have the item back, sell it cheaper as damaged and possibly claim insurance for damage during transit. Win win for them. As for me...they lost a client...but I'm one of millions, so they don't care.
Avoid this shop like the plague. You've been warned.

Bought 2 items to ShopTo. Their sytem is broken. First one paid with PayPal, item shipped to a non-existent address (converted my full address to literally the city where I live with a fake postal code). Spent hours with CS to fix the problem, asked to ship to my real address, said they couldn't do that. Bought second item to their ebay shop, with PP. Same issue. Sent my item to my real address, but this time without my name. Never received my item, waiting to get my money back.
Awful and broken shop, bad CS. I won't dare to connect my CC or PayPal account to this shop. If this is broken, imagine the kind of security breaches they might have. You've been warned.
