These guys are extremely unethical with their cold call tactics by pretending to be related to company that you probably know just to get you to start engaging with them

I can only imagine what lies and deceit would unfold if I had further played into their game of charades
These guys still wont give up. Had another cold call from them today despite me asking to never be contacted again. We had an extremely unpleasant dealing with this company including broken promises and deception. We did deal with them for 6 years previously and we wont deal with them again!
Be extremely aware when becoming a customer of this company. They will place a PPSR hit on your companies credit file history before you even get to book a single job. The PPSR may prevent you from selling your own stock or selling any assets on behalf of your company even if you never missed a payment to Freight People. We stopped dealing with Freight People 2 years ago and only found out about the Strike against our name after alerted by a customer that was trying to get financing for some new equipment they were buying from us and discovered that all our stock and equipment had a lien over it. We lost the sale while we were trying to get Freight People to remove the lien. Be very very aware as this simple interaction with a freight broker harmed our business and I would hate to see the same thing happen to someone else
Tried 7 times to call Straightship and their phone just goes to a voicemail and says they are too busy and they will get back to me in 24 hours. 8th time I got to speak to someone and they said they dont have the package (even though the tracking says otherwise) and then the agent hung up when I asked if she had the correct tracking number on her screen. Terrible service
Well I never got the last months refund while the service was down for a whole month. Their accounts department is obviously just as hopeless as their technicians which was worse than the lies from their sales department
Stupid thing is that even though we deleted the account they still send me update on their outages and incidents. There has been SO MANY incidents and outages since I left (way more in total than we had in 10 years while being with this company) that it is always an awesome reminder on why we left and how lucky we were to get out when we did
These guys have turned in 100% absolute rubbish. After 10 years as being a loyal customer, I am out of there and couldn't get out quickly enough

They will not reply to their ticket/chats for days on end. In fact they sit there live as unread!
If you ring them you will get a low-level tech that knows nothing about the product that you are using and he will just promise you that it will get resolved and still nothing
If you ring your sales manager you will end up in the Middle East somewhere and he too promises big but delivers NOTHING
Avoid Hostek like the plague!
I am still waiting for a credit for the last month of service that I was charged for while their system was down (yes down for a month!)
If you look hard enough you will find where all the old technicians from Hostek have all gone to!
pay.com.au are great to deal with and offer awesome customer service. I made a couple of operator errors recently and there was instantly someone at the other end of the phone to resolve them quickly for me. Their online payment portal is easy to use and payments to suppliers almost happen in real time. The sales team came up with a competitive solution to meet my business needs. Would recommend
Intelcomexpress sent me 2 messages over two days that the parcel would be delivered within next 3 hours. Sat around home on both days - no delivery
Tried to call them. Wait time was 141 minutes at 0830am. CRAZY!!
I then received an email from their depot that I was outside their delivery area and that I must drive 150km (round trip) to collect my parcel. NOT HAPPY! Canada Post and UPS deliver to my door daily so not sure why they wouldn't deliver too!
I called Amazon and Amazon have now put Intelcomexpress as the absolute last preference for delivery for me now! Hopefully all my deliveries are Canada Post now moving forward!
I was going to cancel so they offered to downgrade my service if I paid the discounted invoice
After paying the invoice they then said my data would not fit on the lower package and then said I needed to upgrade again.
The old bait and switch trick.
I then said I was going to lodge a dispute with my credit card company and they offered me my money back w but now they are reducing the amount they are going to refund and not refund 100% despite the service only being active for 2 days.
This company is obviously run by sharks and fraudsters

Made a booking with Freight Exchange. I received an email from them 30 minutes later saying that the price that their online system quoted was wrong and that I needed to pay an extra 26% before they would pickup the goods. They already took the quoted fee off my credit card instantly and now demanding extra payment. This was a total waste of my time so dont waste yours!!!
Worst experience ever. They bugged me for an appointment to discuss my requirements which I made but then they never showed up. They then told me that all their lawyer base were on holidays which I later found out was not true. They then offered a lawyer which I had already made separate contact with and received a quote from prior to even making contact with Lawpath and now that lawyer will only provide services to me at the highly inflated prices offered in Lawpath. Very disappointing experience
