Don't bother

Don't bother. Ordered 50ml tom ford oud wood and got sent 30ml then arranging a refund was an absolute nightmare. No phone number and the chat team take about a year getting back to you and aren't able to check if you'd had other conversations with their team members. Honestly not worth it and to top it off this item was just posted on their site but was actually from the allbeauty business - should have just ordered directly from them to be honest!

Regarding your reply, I said the service was f*ing awful. Sorry if that offended you 😂 and yes I did say I’d do a chargeback because you were refusing a refund and sending me around the houses!

Further edit, you provided me with a returns label and it was delivered on the 6th September. I still have received no refund and it’s been 10 days since it was delivered all because of you sending a wrong item!

Edit: At no point has a refund been refused, we're not sure how you'd be under this impression. You were advised that a returns label needed to be obtained from the seller, and we sent this to you yesterday afternoon via email.

After them telling me I had car then I didn’t have then I had it again - absolute nightmare! Now they’ve stolen £300 of my money. Don’t deal with these absolute cowboys. Just go direct to Arval for used car leases - these guys just charge you a premium on top!

What’s the point in calling yourselves…

What’s the point in calling yourselves next day paint if you don’t deliver next day. Ordered before the cut offs and nothing, not even an email to say it’ll be delayed. Not using again and wouldn’t recommend if you need something in a hurry! Will be warning my decorating network off these jokers too!

Honestly, their customer service is terrible. You will regret. All in india and they will hold you to ransom. We moved house and they would not let us cancel eventhough they couldn't service our area!

Don't bother

Don't bother. Customer service is poor. Ordered surface laptop and was broke within a few weeks - they didn't want to know just kept telling me I had to go to Microsoft. Think they're selling dodgy goods! Avoid!

Been with them for 3 years

Been with them for 3 years. Wow, awful. Avoid like the plague. Rope you into auto-renewals. Ridiculously expensive. Two phones on your computer? Very odd. Clunky system and minimal support. But the worst of it all is the call quality. Seriously bad!

Shame but counterfeit

Have to give 1 star as the items I bought were fake. He was pretty good customer service wise (slight delay with some communication but I guess he’s a 1 man band so fair enough). Used legitcheck and they confirmed the balenciaga t-shirt I bought was a definite fake which, to be honest, I kind of thought it might be as it was £195 for the political balenciaga t seemed too cheap. I don’t condone the selling of counterfeit goods so have to give everyone details of my experience.

As explained to you via instagram, the product isnt fake. We buy all our stock from third party wholesalers meaning our stock doesnt come directly from retail. This is explained also in our ‘how we work’ page. Stock is either, deadstock, old season stock or stock that hasnt passed quality control. This would explain why there maybe be minuscule differences. Also not to mention our stock sometimes comes directly from the brands production factory so its absolutely impossible to be fake. These legit check people only deal with stock that comes directly from retail, hence why they pick at every little detail but even then they can be wrong. For example, look at stock X. The biggest authentication group in the world. Theyve just been done for selling fake Nikes. So that tells me even the biggest ‘legit’ retailers sometimes get it wrong.

Im sorry your experience with us wasnt upto your standards however i have to disagree with the product being unauthentic.

Absolutely awful. Someone conned me on depop and sent me an empty box. They haven’t responded to me for around 2 weeks about getting my money back. STAY CLEAR OF DEPOP. The buyer protection is worthless!!

Absolute dreadful company

Absolute dreadful company. My flight was cancelled due to the drone activity on December 20th and I am still awaiting a refund. It's been 3 months! BA have confirmed that they have refunded the money to BudgetAir, however, BudgetAir are claiming they have not received it and are withholding it from me. The emails are automated and no-one actually directly responds to your message!

Maybe if the flights went through everything would have been fine but for the chance of something going wrong please do not buy through this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Still no refund to my account and BA have confirmed they have sent to budget air. Currently in the process of pursuing legal action! Hate going through the legal route but so worth it in this scenario!

Still no refund.... This company are on the verge of going into administration. Avoid!

Ridiculous company

Ridiculous company - surprised they are still allowed to operate the way they do.

Tried to knock off £550 for approx 3/4 stone chips on the front and rear bumper (seriously!)
