Difficult to contact, but very good when finally got though

It was extremely difficult to find how to contact yoga insurance, very stressful, but once I managed to find live chat (don’t know his name) he was very helpful as I couldn’t sign in to the portal.
Then I spoke to Nicole NZ1, who was also very helpful, then finally to James.
All 3 were fantastic.
All you need to do now is make it easy to actually make initial contact.

Lee was great. Contacting RAC was disastrous

Lee patrol ID is 4100 Is the one I’m giving 4 stars to as he called me before I was told it would be 4 HOURS before I could get help.
Actually trying to contact RAC was HORRENDOUS! And I never want to go through that again which is why I’m not renewing with you.
In hindsight I wish I had asked Lee to take my car home so I wouldn’t have to pay an extortionate price for a new battery! I could have bought one at a garage and my son in law could have fit it.
I think RAC should have an emergency number and not do everything through text. When I tried to download ur app it said I couldn’t as it doesn’t accept fleet cars😳 my car is NOT a fleet car.

I’m very happy with the coverless…

I’m very happy with the coverless duvet, feels wonderful.
Only reason I’ve not given 5 stars is because the pillow cases don’t have the same design as one side of the duvet, and the worst thing is the extra long label that sticks out, can’t be hidden because it’s coverless. It could have been carefully stitched at the back of the duvet, just my opinion. Spoils the look.

Hi Anne,

We just couldn't source the pods reliably anymore, our suppliers were constantly out of stock. We were therefore forced to stop selling them . We do sell other devices with a similar range of flavours to the Hexa. We have the Vuse , Blu 2.0 and Logic kits one of which might be a suitable replacement for the Hexa for you?

I love zip zero

I love zip zero. It’s so much better since changing to be able to use all receipts now.
I don’t do online shopping at supermarkets so i miss out on rewards, but that’s my choice.
It’s helping me pay towards my extortionate bills which is a God send in these hard times!
I’m not good with technology and had problems understanding how it all worked at first, but zip zero was really helpful by explaining.. many times.. as I’m so forgetful haha.

I have emailed you 4 times and it…

I have emailed you 4 times and it always bounces! Yes I’ve used the correct email. I’ve also commented on fb post…No acknowledgement at all! So ignorant! There was nowhere to add the code MAY 10, so you owe me 10%from what i paid for the flowers. I’m not the only one who can’t contact you. Brilliant customer service…NOT! It’sa disgrace. And yes I’m really angry right now, what do you expect after totally ignoring me??! Anne ward
Ps I’ll NEVER use you again and i will tell my friends not to.

Varied opinions

The sales pitch were good, helpful, friendly, as predicted. Was given an extention num to reach the person who took payment for my machine, in case of a problem or another purchase etc. The washer was faulty, so rang this extention, only to be told "why did you want to speak to me, you need customer service" then proceeded to put me through. Ordered another washer, a better one, so paid £90 extra. The delivery was good, they were friendly and helpful.
Customer service was professional and helpful.
Just not impressed with after sales!

Bought a rug for £18 3 weeks ago

Bought a rug for £18 3 weeks ago. It's absolutely rubbish. Still can't get the squashed marks it's made in the 'pile' where they've taped it up... If you can call it pile! It's just flat. My dogs bed has more plump in it. Wouldn't shop there again.!

I have to say how extremely impressed I am with TopCashBack!
I have had so many problems (my own fault) as Im not technically minded, and kept doing everything wrong.
