Excellent Service!!

so I'm giving these 5 stars (and MORE, if I could) to and for 'Jinky', she's the representative that Bluehost and every company would die to have . . so, when I purchased my domain 3 months ago was told then I had to wait - and fast forward to call in for support - Jinky was sweet, helpful, patient and explained everything - when still having the same issue, she emailed and offered to call back at 3 AM (like, WOW, that is dedication! .. she could have passed me on) . . and issue resolved! as for Bluehost, I'm a new customer, so, will have to do a follow-up

More of a Rating for CS Rep, Alina Maistruk . .

so, for the majority of my experience with Path, have been amazing, but my last experience has led me to THIS . . MY experience: so I've read the ENTIRETY of the services I needed, I picked what applied, then to get emails (Alina - specific) saying that I NEEDED another service (which I didn't!!) . . it wasn't just the upsell, but condescension - as though a customer could NOT figure out what it is that they want/ need . . they took it up on themselves to do that with a previous edit, where that led to A LOT of back and forth in corrections to THEIR mistakes - when I had NEVER requested . . and with THIS edit, they haven't proceeded with MY request (as the customer) but haven't refunded me either

To clarify, the edits you requested fell under what we classify as manipulation work. Since this service isn’t directly listed in our menu, our support team suggested the closest match, which is billed under our Ghost Mannequin service. We understand that this may have felt confusing, and we’ll work on making our service descriptions clearer in the future.

Additionally, the original image resolution was very low, which unfortunately caused the final edit to appear blurry. This was communicated in the sample approval email, but we see now that there may have been a communication gap. We sincerely apologize if this created unnecessary frustration.

Your feedback is invaluable and will help us improve how we explain service requirements and image limitations moving forward. We’d love the opportunity to restore your confidence in us and ensure your next experience is seamless. MY OVERALL Experience + Feedback . .

The Client Support is hands down A M A Z I N G!! response is immediate, EVERYONE is so helpful and courteous . . and the edits, OH-MY-GOD!!, ART!! . . the prices are great too . . I would give Path MORE than 5 stars for EVERYTHING!! . . definitely sharing and have so much to edit . . Path, you're stuck with me!!

the services that they provide are GREAT - with and at great prices . . but what does it for me, their AMAZING Customer Support Team - love that they get back to me immediately - and feel important as a customer - would recommend for sure!

Review :Assurant / T Mobile / UPS

so, I'm giving Assurant only 2 * for - 1.) out of the customer service reps I talked to over the last weekend - maybe 3 of 6/ 7 were helpful - then this is probably more beef with T Mobile and UPS - which someone should read THIS and fix - 2.) I had/ have insurance but someone at T Mobile (Cianna in VA) wiped that out in a keystroke when putting me into a Family plan and I was insured for 5 years - at 11-15 dollars a month = $900. -? - again more T Mobile's fault - which perhaps someone from your end couldv'e followed up on 3.) and with UPS - being that you all do business with them, and if you're sending out something as important and as expensive as a phone (iphone, to be specific) that it should be signed for, and not left in a customer's bushes - where it took me a day to search oh and THIS irked and still irks me 4.) when emailing me about MY phone - you don't even address ME (Cynthia) but someone else

T MOBILE STOLE MY $$ . .

WHERE do I start? . . if there are negative stars or minuses - yes, put me under both - T Mobile SUCKS! - I signed over from AT& T because they were nickel and diming me, but I guess you pay for what and you'll get - so, for the first month in I had NO service and was charged, with that being said - let's fast forward to buying insurance( via Assurant/ Jump/ Apple Care) - which I have purchased, for the past 5 years - with that said, just a month ago, I signed up into a family plan (for the free Netflix - and to cut the overall cost - by $20.) and one of the customer service reps. (Cianna, from VA - with wkend scheduled between 9:20-8:50 PM) made the transition "seemed" so smooth and thought everything was good - TIL - a few days ago when my phone broke and found out THIS representative took out my insurance and now I have to pay for a whole NEW phone, and speaking with a supervisor (Mica), the only thing she could do, was to offer a $50. credit - so, let's do the math shall we, that's $15. for 5 years = $900. dollars, which customer service rep. Cianna stole from me - it might not be in a stick up in the ghetto but this is the same - and all I'm getting is a $50. credit and having to pay out of pocket for a new phone - PLEASE if someone else knows where and who else to post this to to get this rep to pay for my new phone that would be great!
