Do not trust this company.
I cancelled my order, they confirmed this then 8 days later they shipped the cancelled order.
Didn't respond to phone calls or email sent, I then received one email response, you can send the order back at your cost to the Czech Rublic and then we'll refund you. This company fails to respond to any subsequent emails sent. I have full documentation including phone call logs, emails sent and more importantly their confirmation that my order had been cancelled 8 days before they shipped the cancelled order. I paid by visa so I reported them and they are now under investigation. Rogue trader's like UKposters or aka Europosters should not be able to trade this way. At first I just wanted my refund in full, I now what my refund in full and their Visa merchant trading account suspended.

I recently purchased an item from Jacamo and was offered at the point of sale a promotional code offeing a 20% of my first order if I subcribed to receiving emails on future promotions. I also received a promo code offering me free delivery. The item I purchased was a sale item and both codes were accepted as I went through check out. Unfortunately when I paid for the item Jacamo withdrew the 20% discount off the order even though I received confirmation that I was subcribed to Jacamo. They can't have it both ways. Since then Jacamo Customer Services have been very unhelpful and tried hiding behind their terms and conditions which aren't valid in my case. They've also failed to respond to my query within the 5 day timescale which they set. I'm requesting a £2.76 refund to my debit card which is the 20% discount they have failed to honour using their promo code "EMAIL" I truly hope common sense prevails with Jacamo over my raised issue but sadly my experience to date with them has made me feel they're incompetent and lack the skills required in dealing with a customer.

Not sure why Shenzhen Audio has received any negative reviews as I found them competitive and their service has been superb. I recommend this company with 5 stars.
I placed my order six days ago and they used DHL Express so I could track my order and it arrived today.
The delivery was gratis and I'll be buying from them again. Just ask for "Bonnie" and he'll make sure your experience is hassle free. I paid via PayPal but believe me this company is a trusted source to buy from.

The owner is knowledgeable on his products and friendly. Delivery is prompt and I would highly recommend the service that this company offers. Forget Amazon or eBay, buy with confidence from "Romeypets" I'll certainty be back!
