Appalling customer service
I ordered from IWOOT and was sent someone else's order that I received on Saturday and NOT mine. I am still waiting to sort it out as you cannot contact them other than via message and they take 24 hours to respond to each message. Appalling customer service. Best response I have had so far is that they will allow me to send it back to them for free!! I also note from their most recent response to a complaint that they advise contacting via their web chat - this is CURRENTLY UNAVAILBLE and has been for days so not sure why they said that!! UPDATE: They have called me and sorted the problem so I am now happy - thank you!
