Stay away from them.

Using the card for 2 years, scam

Using the card for 2 years, spent almost 100K with the card, I'm at loss with the staking and continuous requests to upgrade your reward level buying more PLU. Now we are at the end game, they literally refused to withdraw even to those who followed all the rules.
While they dumped more then 750K PLU for almost 2.7Millions $ from the dev pool.
This is clearly a scam and a Ponzi scheme, when they know you'll just get rewards from now on, they will simply don't let you payout.
All the positive reviews you can read here have been paid to ambassadors.
Stay away, remember that YOU ARE THE LIQUIDITY.

Hi, A declined payout can happen for several reasons, such as PLU earned from ineligible transactions (e.g., refunded items) or problems with your account activity. If it’s due to account activity, we recommend reviewing the email instructions provided and actively engaging with our in-app features for 30-days before trying again. Once your account status improves, your PLU Payouts will be approved.

This claim is inaccurate. Plutus does not request employees to leave reviews, as this would violate Trustpilot’s terms. Similarly, our Ambassadors are unpaid community members, and any reviews from them are entirely optional. We always emphasise honesty across all our community channels and supporters, and many of them are among our most constructive critics.

If you have any evidence to suggest otherwise, please reach out to our support team. We are dedicated to addressing concerns promptly and appropriately.

In Q3, last year we introduced a white paper (https://www.plutus.it/blog/simplified-white-paper-2024) which was voted on by the community, once approved multiple utilities were built giving each PLU a tangible redemption value aligned to a £/€10. As part of these sustainability plans, the emission rate at which you earn rewards from card spending also had to be aligned to ensure a fair-balanced reward system for scaling to a wider Web2 audience.

Unlike the legacy reward system, which depended on unreliable external sources that failed to reflect PLU's true intrinsic worth, this system anchors emissions to real, utility-driven value within the app.

This system also keeps the PLU supply steady and unaffected by external factors, ensuring a fair and reliable experience for stackers and customers who use in-app utilities.

Spedizione lenta ma servizio clienti efficiente

Ci è voluto un po' di tempo a ricevere la lavastoviglie, a causa di ritardi del corriere a cui era stata affidata la spedizione, ma il servizio clienti è stato molto cortese ed efficiente nell'aiutarmi sollecitando il vettore.

Consegna lenta, servizio clienti scarsissimo.

Hanno mancato il primo appuntamento senza nemmeno avvisarmi, comunicazione difficile con il servizio clienti.
Dopo telefonate ed email con il venditore, sono riuscito a farmi recapitare la merce in un tempo accettabile (10gg lavorativi).

Non potrete trovare peggior gestore in Italia, fraudolenti e maleducati, fanno di tutto per "spillarti" soldi non dovuti, adesso si rifiutano di farmi cambiare gestore, lasciandomi in una situazione di scacco. Per la seconda volta mi dovrò rivolgere al garante per risolvere il problema. ALLUCINANTE
