Fantastic customer services, had a little problem with my order but it was resolved so quickly and effortlessly was very impressed!

Had a very good delivery by Mark and Sham today delivering my new Moda garden furniture. The communication was excellent, no hanging around waiting for a delivery, I received a text at 8am detailing a delivery window, then a hour before, another call to confirm that they were on their way! They were very friendly and professional, they very carefully carried it down the side of my house and unpacked it all for me, taking away the rubbish! Excellent service five stars from me!

I’ve only had 2 boxes to date but am liking them very much! I love it when there are unusual vegetables that I’ve never tried before in the box, especially ones that you wouldn’t be able to get at the supermarket! I would like the boxes to be a little more varied with entirely different vegetables and fruit each week, however I understand that they are “rescued” items!

I love Pharmacy2u! I get my medicine on time and am even reminded when I need to order more! I used to have a little problem with getting different brands of medicine, but having spoken with their excellent customer care department all now resolved, have to say very quickly too! I was very impressed! Overall would highly recommend and don’t know what I’d do without them! 10/10!

I love this service it makes getting my medicine so much easier. I am very forgetful so the reminder’s are great and it’s so easy to place the order. I’m kept up to date with my orders progress and if there are any problems I’m notified which is great. My only (very small) grumble (reason I’ve not given a five star rating) is there are inconsistencies with brands, every few months I get a different brand of one of my tablets, so that the medication varies in sizes, coating etc, I don’t like this as I find it hard to swallow bigger tablets and wish I’d just get the same brand, plus getting the same brand makes it easier to identify medicine, if the box / brand keeps changing it makes it harder. Other than that it’s a great service and I would highly recommend.

Yodel has drivers who actually care about your parcels! For my first delivery I was in, the driver knocked and rang the bell unlike other delivery companies who just knock quietly and run! The driver was very polite and friendly. For the second delivery I was
out but the driver kindly left a card with a number, I phoned and as he was still in the area he called back and was able to deliver my parcel which was great as it saved me having to take another day off work! Excellent service would highly recommend.

10/10! Fabulous service, so easy, so quick! Would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending. Even get reminders which for someone like me who is so forgetful it’s a life saver!!!
