Although the product sent did not properly match the website, the customer service agent looked into the issue, confirmed the mismatch and refunded my costs. Can't ask for any more (other than getting it right in the first place).

Happy with my order. Item as expected and ordered. One star off just because I think they could have liaised with me to advise on usage as they have experience with this (aquarium cover). Turns out, perspex likes to wrap little when it gets damp and warm. It also was a bit hard to find the outlet, despite my knowing the area roughly. They should push for better signage for collection (I guess this isn't their most common delivery mode).

Did the job, helped me find cheap car rental insurance. Interface is functional but works fine.
