Absolute disaster of a service

Absolute disaster of a service. No delivery being made for 2 weeks, no refund being issued. I basically paid for an order never refieved it, the customer service is rude and unhelpful, not willing to give a refund at all.

Zero stars if that was possible. Returned my order over 2 weeks ago, they don't respond to any messages, emails or anything at all. No refund received no responses, disgusting and appalling service. CS non existent AVOID AVOID AVOID

We have up to 14 days to process your return once received and issue your refund back to your account. Depending on your payment method it can then take up to a further 5 days to show as an available balance again.

Several phone calls to their customer…

Several phone calls to their customer service team, keep being promised a call back.. well it will never happen. The coach left 7 minutes before its scheduled time, driver refused to stop while we had tickets purchased in advance. They are not refunding you even if they are at fault. What a disgrace. SCAM!!!

I can confirm we agreed a refund when you got in touch with us via social media, and as your ticket was not purchased directly via our website we needed to call you to refund back onto a card.

The first call back was arranged with you on 07/08/2020 and sadly you missed our call. The second call back at a later date was successful and we have refunded your ticket fully.

I trust this matter was resolved. I can only apologise for any upset caused. We understand sometimes things go wrong, and can assure you we will always try to put things right.

Customer service is awful they just…

Lies again as usual form this company. I have returned your goods yet no sign of refund. Absolute scam.
Customer service is awful they just taking money but not delivering. Once they do is the wrong product and then they refuse to refund you. Sent several emails with photos but no response. No refund either. SCAM!!! tried on Facebook but I got blocked. Wow. Utterly disgusting.

SCAM NOT REFUND OR DELIVERY

Update! They have still not delivered or refunded me. It's been 8 weeks. Total scam. I have lost the money. Absolutely scammers
Awful appalling service. Ordered over a month ago money taken from my account yet no sign of delivery. A month!!!! They dont respond to emails so I dont even know what is happening. AVOID!!!

After several emails they are still not willing to help. Completely useless people!
Dont use their customer service! Someone used my details for ordering and they not willing to sort this out. It's awful appalling service.

Mismatched pair recieved

Really nice shoes it was my second purchase however someone messed it up as they were sending me a mismatched pair of boots!! Now I'm left with it as they dont do returns over 28days. So unacceptable I'm left with a completely useless pair of shoes and out of money. People be careful they are ruthless as not accepting returns. Very upsetting and unprofessional.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ABSOLUTE LIARS

I have emailed to support team as picture is not centred and xmas present is ruined.

Awful, rude customer service. Delivery stated at checkout 2-3 working days now they saying its 6 working days. Well that's a lie as my confirmations email says different. This was a Christmas present and now I have to look for alternatives as I have been let down. PLEASE REFUND!!!!
UPDATE! Item received but quality is not acceptable, simply a removable sticker placed on a silicone case. looks like from the pound shop very bad quality item. the picture is blurry not even straight. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

Your order was shipped on December 12th. Since you chose Standard shipment, there was no tracking link available. The estimated delivery time for your parcel was between the 17th and the 20th, we are happy to hear the delivery was finally on time.

The cashier has stolen my items. She did not packed every item in my bag and a pair of earrings was landed in her hands instead of my bag. I paid for these items. Highly unprofessional, people be aware the cashiers are stealing!!!!

stealing and lying.

This will be reported to police as it's clearly stolen.

Waited all day yet no driver showed up with my expensive order.
It was promised before 6pm when I checked the tracking online I realised that it was scanned back for collection at 4.30pm which is highly unacceptable and unprofessional.
No trust whats so ever. Lost and failed delivery. No reply in emails from customer service no communication at all

Rip off delivery charges

Totally unfair at the checkout regarding delivery prices. It's a rip off!! They charge for extra £6 promising a 1-2 business days delivery which actually takes 4 working days!!! Total rip off unfair customer service. Do not ever buy anything from their website not worth it. Sizing is wrong customer service unable to help you and delivery is lomg and a rip off
