Dishonest - offering jobs for lower than what the client said they could pay the VO and keeping the rest. Offering ridiculous wages on certain jobs. No transparency as far as the escrow fee - it should be shown as a line item to the client, not just rolled into the total fee the client sees for our bid. It’s misleading, as most times the clients believe the actor is getting the entire fee. Other than these things, I have had a good experience.
