The best weightloss plan out there

read the smallprint, know you commit yourself to a year and then seriously nothing to complain about. The app is brilliant and motivating , not found one food yet that not been found by the barcode scanner. Came to lose a stone and lost just over that in 12 weeks and even better managed to maintain for last 3 months eating a high amount of calories , and averaging 11000 steps a day. Not sure why anyone would want to try other methods this works if you commit !!

Shocking customer service, have no clue what they are talking about

We ordered Aqualock flooring to match existing flooring we already have but not laid yet as waiting for kitchen to be finished, We ordered further flooring of the same brand for our extension as it all flows. The first delivery 3 packages were damaged, however then we noticed the brand was completely different , I have phoned on 3 occasions to be told its the same brand just labeled differently, this is clearly not the case, we have now laid a sample of the new flooring on top of the flooring its supposed to be and it does not match at all. Not once have i had a promised phone call back and no doubt an auto response will come back from this review asking for the order number which is listed on this review. FD-188243. if i do not get a sensible and fast answer back i will be reporting this company to trading standards and asking for charge back on my credit card. Have wasted hours on this and now we have to take all the flooring up as not the same, plus have already paid the floor fitters

not what i ordered

first delivery was damaged , took an hour to sort out 3 packs of replacements
Floor fitter has installed but doesn’t match what is in the hall which is Aqualock, having found the side label on the packets we have been sent a totally different brand not Aqualock and not the colour we ordered, (it is similar ) . if a refund is not issued for the whole lot including delivery i will be going to Trading standards as it’s not what i ordered , if no joy i will be asking bank to to get involved

Mixed reviews, booking process let it down

The mechanic was helpful and kept me informed of the time but due to a mess up in the office first of all they cancelled my order, so i spend 20 minutes on phone trying to rebook, then it was booked for a morning but they booked the slot wrong so it was in the afternoon. The mechanic could not check everything on the van either. i feel it would of been easier to drop off at the local garage up the road
