the two step verification system did not work. i have used the same two step verification for many years and nothing at my end has changed yet they say they are sending verification codes and nothing arrives ( i am getting verification codes from my bank and from other contacts where sms verification is used yet GO DADDY CANNOT FIX IT and subsequently i cannot get into my account they tell me it could be a week before they get back to me. VERY ANGRY AND UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. The reply says you have sent me an email via trust pilot i have had no contact. VERY POOR

This disputed transaction has now been resolved. Fellows have agreed to refund the charge for my postage. I did have to fight for it however they have done the correct thing so i would like to review my rating to a three star. What i said previously i stand by. I have used Fellows previously and thought they were a business that was fair. However I purchased an item on the timed auction using the bid calculator to get what i thought would be the cost of the item. When i got the invoice there was an additional fee of £25.00 for postage. this made the purchase of the item much less a viable proposition for me . I have seen the responses to postal charges complaints. and i have sent fellows a copy of their own guidance on postage THERE IS NO MENTION OF THE FEE BEING £25.00.
Beware of purchasing any item under £300.00 because they will charge you with the postal fee of £25.00.and for the record my postal fee was not in the original invoice. I asked for an invoice and it was sent. The postage fee amount is shown as £20.83 with VAT of £4.17p when in fact postage does not have a vat charge it is exempt. I resent paying £25.00 for postage that should cost under £10.00 and was not shown in the calculator. CHANGE THE CALCULATOR to show the fee in future. reviewed and amended 27/1/2025

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us and we apologise for any confusion. The conditions to be eligible for free postage are shown on the website under 'Buy' and can also be found when clicking the 'Free Delivery' Icon.
We are proud to be one of the only UK auction houses to offer free in-house delivery but due to the rising costs of Royal mail and our packaging suppliers, it has now become unsustainable for us to offer free postage on all invoices. We still offer free delivery on many invoices, as long as the invoice total is £300 or more and weighs less than 500g. Based on our 2023 delivery figures, 61% of invoices still qualified for free delivery. I'm afraid your invoice was under the £300 threshold, which was the reason for the postage charge.
While the Royal Mail will charge us £7.35 to post out a parcel, we also have to take into account the resources that an in-house shipping service costs the company.
These include, but are not limited to, our eco-friendly packing materials, technology development for integrated shipping services, and the fact that we employ 2 full-time members of staff to pack and dispatch the goods.
If you do not want to pay for the service, you can choose to collect in person or send a courier on your behalf. Please note that we do not provide packaging materials for couriers, the buyer must provide their own.

There was an issue with the download that i contacted them about. they really handled it poorly. However i managed to resolve the issue without their help and the product i purchased seems now to be working. Just suggest they up their customer service game

A 4 hour delay for home cover. Why pay fir home cover if your treated like a second class member.The AA suggest they get to customers more often than not within an hour. They took 4 hours not their biggest fan

Bought and paid for Panasonic microwave on black Friday. It arrived on Tuesday damaged. Returned to shop waiting for the replacement on hold on phone for 55 mins so far. Been spoken too twice but apparently I was put through to wrong department.must be my fault they put me through to wrong department. Phone still not answered so decided to write a review. Whatever you do do not purchase an item and then try and find out when it will be delivered to the shop as you may be 100 by the time they answer the telephone a disgraceful service
