Ordered before Christmas, part of order still not arrived,, should have said when I ordered that part was out of stock, I wouldn't have bothered have to wait now till after 21st Jan.

Meat was delicious and well worth the money, there was a hiccup with delivery, it arrived later than requested and had to be re delivered due to use before date. This was not the fault of the company but delivery. Customer service was excellent and kept me informed throughout, wouldn't let this put me off and would definitely use again

Love this, so easy to use, though not as lightweight as others I've used, but it's really powerful. Great company to deal with, very fast and efficient.

Ordered the wrong product to shine floor after using quick shine deep cleaner, called to explain and Lakeland very generously sent me the proper item, and gave some invaluable advice, delighted with service will certainly be ordering again.
