Avoid

DO NOT register an account with these guys. They will harass you with phone calls CONSTANTLY.
I deleted my account and I still get 3-4 calls a day from them.

Thought I had pet insurance

Thought I had pet insurance. Turns out I just had a company taking my money and planning to weasel out of paying once I asked for any of it back.
Animal Friends will forever be associated with the memory of my Bullmastiffs death and how they made the grieving process 10 times harder by coming up with excuse after excuse to not pay.
Go elsewhere.

To confirm, we assess all claims in line with the Terms and Conditions of the chosen policy, alongside any clinical notes or medical history provided by the vet practice.

Details of what is and is not covered are provided in the policy documents that are sent out at point of purchase and then each renewal after this.

Dishonest and unreliable

4 months and counting since they said they were replacing my phone for me. I've had every excuse from "lost in transit" to "we already delivered it" to "wrong address."
I even upgraded my plan to a more expensive one at their direction so that the value of my phone was definitely covered.

At this point I have to believe that they are just making excuses so they don't have to pay out and stalling until I either give up or cancel my policy, as nobody has such bad luck with delivery services.
