Great service at the Northgate Egham…

Great service at the Northgate Egham branch! I was served straight away, the process was quick and smooth, and the staff were really nice and polite. Special mention to Natasha – she was fantastic, gave a great vibe, and made sure my problem was fixed quickly. Honestly the best Northgate branch I’ve been to – all round excellent!

Awful experience !!!🥲

Back in December , i have bought a Tudor watch from Goldsmith White City.
I realised few days after that the watch was faulty as it was loosing time but because I was abroad, I have contacted Goldsmith Customer service to let them know. The lady on the phone was lovely and advised me not to worry, as i have sufficient time to return & get a replacement or refund.
I arrive back to Uk and on the 4th of Jan, as advised , i went back to Goldsmith to exchange the watch. The staff there tried to
convince me that it’s nothing wrong with the watch and i should keep it aince i have 5 years guarantee and I can use the warranty after. In the end they didn’t wamt to take the Watch so I end up calling Goldsmith again which advised me To go back to the shop and leave the watch with them so it can be returned to the head office which I did.
Since 4th if Jan, i think i have been in touch several times without luck. Every time I clearly specified that I would like a replacement since, as per Goldsmith’s T&C for faulty items you can “ • Within 30 days of purchase/delivery you have the right to a refund.”
Why would someone pay £2850 for a faulty watch , and get back a repaired one?
Last week I was told that the watch has been sent for repair , and it’s with the manufacturer. This is my confirmation that the watch was faulty. However, i called again today and I was told that i need to wait for the watch to be returned and collected from the showroom and that someone from returns will contact ne.
It’s so frustrating to pay this amount for a watch and then to deal with all this issues as like nobody cares at Goldsmith.
I do understand that things can go wrong sometimes , but I’m the only one that’s suffering from this. My request for a replacement has been ignored every time I was in touch.
Unfortunately I will have to take this matter further.

Good company, let down by shocking customer services

I have used 118 for few years now, fair loans & quick payout.
I always settle my loans earlier, however, this morning i was on the phone for over 20 minutes, twice, trying to get an early settlement quote. First time, i was told my detalis ( name, address and date of birth ) don’t match so the gentleman on the phone couldn’t go forward with the call. Fair enough!
As i have the mobile app, i’ve logged in, checked all my details which were correct, and called them back.
Big mistake! A gentleman called Kevin answered the phone, we verified all my details and same again, I was told they don’t match. Since that moment, Kevin was not interested to hear anything else, even when i was trying to explain that i’ve checked all my details from the mobile app, and that a date of birth can’t change, and i’m still living at the same address and have same name, and i was using 118 money for years. No luck, nothing will stop Kevin talking over me to cover my voice. In the end , i was trying to tell him that they might have a problem on their end, since my details match with the ones in the 118 Money app, and it’s not my problem and i shouldn’t have to go through all this process again and again and i was told that it’s not his problem. This Kevin is rude, and does not help!
Shocking customer services!!!
I’ve never experienced anything similar in my life!!
I have now managed to settle my loan on the online chat and won’t use again as i don’t have time to waste with people with this kind of attitude when they should be there to help you.

Worst delivery company ever! Avoid at all costs!!

Yodel made it, once again!!
Every single delivery i had with Yodel has been a horrible experience!From shocking customer service advisors, with pre-set answers, regardless of what your query/ question is, to drivers that won’t stop and no interest in delivering parcels or doing the job.
I had a parcel which was do yesterday, the delivery place is a business, opened 24/7, with reception desk.however on the tracking app, it says that parcel has been refused, which is not true, the driver never turned up to deliver the parcel. Today, second day, i was waiting in front of the building when the driver was 8 stops away( Yodel, i can prove it with print screens from your app) but guess what? Was my turn and no sign of the driver or parcel. Checking the tracking number again, it says “We need some more information about your address. Please chat with us”

There’s no point using the chat, since the advisors treat you with no interest.
Moving forward, i will cancel every si gle delivery that use Yodel as a carrier.
Yodel, please don’t bother to reply to this review like last time asking me to send an email so you can look i to it, because we all know you won’t! Last time i waste my time to send you an email and you didn’t even had the decency to reply back, nevermind to sort it out!

Absolutely SHOCKINGGG!!!

Absolutely SHOCKINGGG!!!
Since Wednesday i’m waiting for my parcel, which was supposed to be a birthday gift. First delivery attempted, no luck, followed by another 2.
Apparently, the driver couldn’t find the address , which is my work address, a big building, on a main road, with reception and security, where YODEL use to deliver quite often. 3 times been speaking to customer service via chat, every day reassuring me that my parcel will be delivered the next working day. Waiting for a customer rep. every time, just so i can confirm the address and phone number.
Every time i’m using the tracking number i can see the following mesaage:
“ We need some more information about your address. Please chat with us.”
Only with a simple Google aearch the driver would have been able not only to locate the address, but also to see the building in pictures.
I was asking the customer service person today to put a complaint in, obviosly with no luck, my request being ignored, however i was told that my concern will be shared with depot.
Never use YODEL.!!
At the time of this review, still didn’t get my parcel , so will contact the seller tomorrow to cancel the order.

Air”not” Help! Waste of time!

So, i submited my claim along with relevant documents in January for a flight that was delayed in Dec 2022.
I received a generic update email in Feb that my claim “is still on track”, followed by another one in March saying that they haven’t heard nothing from the airline. Fair enough!
In May, i’ve sent them a message with an enquiry on my claim, since it has been a while from when i put the claim in.The answer was the claim was submited in January,but no reply for the claim yet.22 june i received another email that they require additional information, whick i upload online, basically same informations uploaded when o put the claim in.
25 & 27june got another email , final info required, which was the power of atorney which i printed. Signed & submit on the 29th june, just so i can receive an email today saying that they will stop working on my claim.
Keep mentioning on email to contact them via live chat? What live chat? 5there is no such thing as live chat on your website ,or, if there is, i could not find it.basically you can’t get hold of absolutely no customer representative . They only way to contact airhelp
Is to submit the contact form, and the answer will be vague and delayed.
Such a waste of time & inexisting customer support!
I would not recommend!

Over 1h and 6 minutes and still…

Over 1h and 6 minutes and still counting, on a Platinum Account for which i pay 21£/month!Shocking!!i was about to do a transfer when my account has been suspended for no reason and i can’t get no one on the phone! I’ll be gone somewhere else soon. Not wondering why people moving their bank accounts somewhere else!!! I can’t believe i can’t access my own money!🤬🤬

Tyres fitting

Good experience,easy to place the order and straight forward.The reason why I’ve rated 4* only is because I place the order for Saturday,and i received a call that my tyres will be fitted only on Sunday,and my MOT appointing was for Saturday.
The fitter was very good and done the job quickly! Very pleased!5* for the fitter!
