I’ve had an awful experience with Trade Centre UK, Wednesbury branch.
I spent a whole day there with the intention of looking at the specials on the website. So the sales rep told me, they are posted on there to get people through the door. None were available.
Anyway, the car was for my son and we picked a car that seemed a great deal. Finance was sorted the same day and he drove the car home at around 10pm.
The next morning, we did a quick Look under the bonnet to find the coolant had signs of oil in it. We know this can indicate a serious engine issue. The car was taken back and they agreed to inspect it. Roll on a few visits later and we now assume they accept the car is not fit for sale, however it can take up to 8 weeks for the car to be inspected and a rejection of sale to be agreed! In the meantime, my son has no car and a finance agreement that he has to continue paying in the meantime.
We got all the checklists/MOT, etc to indicate the car had been through a thorough inspection before sale however it clearly wasn’t thorough enough. We’ve been to the after sales a number of times and each time there is literally a queue out the door with people complaining. I don’t understand how they can get it so wrong so much of the time. The after sales line never gets answered in our experience. For us, we just have to wait. For anyone purchasing from them in future, find out as much about the car as you can before you end up like us. We will never step foot in there again.

We used Wickes to design and supply our kitchen. Our design consultant was Victoria. She was great, provided a couple of designs to match our requirements. Worked within our budget and the kitchen was delivered within 2 weeks. After checking our delivery, we were missing the tap but that was sent within a couple of days. We fitted our own kitchen so can’t comment on that. The kitchen is exactly as we wanted. Very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you.

The whole process has been wonderful, from booking right to the end of the show.
Tracey was amazing with the children. Her show included everything we wanted and more. Music, magician, puppet, games, balloons - the kids had so much fun. I’ve had so many parents comment how much their children (and parent) enjoyed the entertainment.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Non stop kids to other parents. Thank you so much for making Amelie’s birthday so memorable.

Excellent service, right from the first contact. I received a call back promptly and arranged for same day euthanasia for our lovely Polly, who had suffered long enough. The vet called when he was an hour away and upon arrival was empathetic and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. As our dog was a sun lover, we opted for her to be put to sleep in her favourite spot in the garden. Her last moments were peaceful and as we wanted. Highly recommend this company and service. Absolutely fantastic service. I’ve had my last 4 refurbished phones from 4gadgets and they’ve all been superb. I also recycle my old devices with no problems whatsoever. Can not fault them at all.

straight forward delivery, we required to change a few sizes so checked on-line for availability and went to the wednesbury store to exchange, staff were friendly and patient.
