PLEASE READ
Ticketbis responded to my last review by asking me to only contact them via Email, THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO READ THIS!
Following on from the Spurs v Real Madrid debacle....
Please read my first 2 reviews below regarding the BLOCKED SPURS MEMBERSHIP CARDS myself and my partner received instead of actual Paper Tickets my partner paid for.
So we MISSED the game. Ticketbis then sent us an email telling us that they had been in contact with the seller and said that his membership cards (the ones we received instead of Paper Tickets) became blocked after WE contacted THFC!! This is a total lie AND erroneous.
a) The cards had been blocked several weeks back, I have asked several different THFC advisors about this.
b) It is irrelevant WHEN they got blocked - if everything was legitimate then why were they blocked in the first place??!
c) Ticketbis, by condoning the miss-use of Membership/Season cards have admitted malpractice!
d)Ticketbis described their seller/brocker as 'Experienced' and 'Trusted'
How stupid can you get??!!!
The main thing of course is that we want OUR MONEY back.
However, despite a forever growing paper trail courtesy of this awful 'company', including admitting my partner paid for paper tickets, and pictures of the said membership cards AND a pic of the letter we received from THFC this morning confirming that we have been victims of touting/unofficial secondary ticket selling AND letting them know we are in contact with Action Fraud, PLUS the contact number for the THFC ticket office with the CRN's from the 2 cards so that Ticketbis could find out what happened themselves!! (Like it matters) ........... all this, yet they still haven't issued a refund.
I don't know ether to laugh or cry.
Just out of curiosity I contacted the THFC ticket office again yesterday just to find out a bit more regarding the history of the 'membership cards' we had been sent instead of the Paper Tickets we paid for.
The advisor started laughing when I told her Ticketbis (after she moaned at the very name of the company) claimed that the cards were blocked as a result of me phoning them!! She told me, as I have been told before, that the cards were blocked some time ago - the cards had been out of use for a while, AND that the 'seller' would have KNOWN this. 'Trusted', 'Experienced' Seller???
These are the sort of people Ticketbis work with.
Ticketbis also told us that the seller had not been able to sign in to the THFC website since the time we had contacted the THFC ticket office!!! ALL LIES, AND ALL COMPLETELY BESIDES THE POINT ANYWAY!!!!!
We just want our money back, simple as that.
If any of you want a laugh then please feel free to speak with the very friendly and helpful THFC ticket office enquiry team, here is the contact number and the CNR's of the cancelled cards we received.
0344 8440 102, then option 2. Ask them what happened to membership cards numbers 3806134 and 3797404. I'm sure you have better things to do but if you have 5 mins and want a laugh!!
If anyone from Ticketbis is reading this then rather than wasting my partners time with badly written procrastinatory emails (you might want to look that word up) just give us our money back.
I hope this will be my last review, well, we know who thats up to don't we!

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THESE PEOPLE.
DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THESE PEOPLE.
Continuing my review from yesterday.......Spurs v Real Madrid tickets which is due to take place tomorrow 19.45 KO.
After I wrote my review my partner received an Email saying the tickets were on their way. I checked with Royal Mail and indeed they were.
(Funny how this email came just before I received a reply from Ticketbis saying there was nothing wrong with my order and just after I had posted the review)
So this morning we received a package. We had paid for 2 'Paper Tickets' but when we opened the package there were 2 Membership cards owned by 2 people we had never heard of before plus a SAE to, presumably, return them in, the address on which I discovered is for a Mailbox in N1.
I already knew that using someone else's Season ticket/Membership card is an OFFENCE but I wanted to know what I had really received so called Tottenham Hotspurs Ticket Office.
After giving the details from the 2 cards to an advisor I was told that not only did these cards not have payment for the Real Madrid game on them but that they had been BLOCKED several weeks earlier and ANYONE ATTEMPTING TO ENTER THE GROUND WITH THESE 'TICKETS' WOULD HAVE BEEN DENIED ACCESS!!!!!
THFC are sending me a letter confirming all this.
Laughable - I was informed that paper tickets are sent out within 48 hours of a game to prevent counterfeiting and instead get sent 2 dodgy membership cards.
This 'company' is selling Fraudulent tickets and, from what I have read, have scammed hundreds of people.
Like I said in my original review 24 hours ago, ACTION FRAUD have opened a case in my name and I have just been in contact with them again to update this particular SCAM.
REFUND NOW PLEASE. You have the details of the card used to make the purchase for the 'tickets', £280 (319 Euros). Ref 3X6M6E7S9U21
Here are the CFN on the 'membership cards'. 3797404, 3806134. call 03448440102, option 2, and a THFC advisor will confirm everything I just told you.
I expect Miss Coleshill to receive a confirmation email of this IMMINENTLY.

My partner bought tickets for the …
My partner bought tickets for the Tottenham v Real Madrid game a month ago as a Birthday present for me.
Have reported Ticketbis to the Fraud Police today.
The game is on wednesday and it is now monday and no sign of tickets. I am aware that they can get sent just a day or 2 before an event to 'prevent' counterfeiting.
However, when we log in to Ticketbis there is no record of any tickets being purchased despite £280 being paid to this company over a month ago. My partner did receive an email confirming payment, when we followed the link from this email or click on the logo we get directed to what appears to be Ticketbis - and it shows purchase of the 2 tickets. When we log in from scratch to Ticket bis there is nothing. We have not received any communication from Ticketbis since the initial payment on 26/9/17. Was this Email even from Ticketbis?? Or from a bogus scammer??
I have subsequently reported this company to the Fraud Police and am about to contact the Bank with the Fraud reference number hoping they will take pity and refund us.
Ref number for the 'tickets' is 3X6M6E7S9U21 if anyone from Ticketbis can shed any light............
