Went perfectly and exactly as described

Placed an order with a lead time of 7-10 days. There has been no update on this, nor am I able to access any account online. I waited over two hours on the live chat last week and was told that the order had been "pushed" to the warehouse for despatch, suggesting that it was still sat there pending.

Still no updates and I have now had to wait over 3 hours to speak to someone on their chat service. Refused to give any proper update other than all orders have changed to 14 - 21 working days and then terminated the chat.

I have no idea when or even if my order is going to be despatched and judging by the other reviews on here it may be the case they have no intention of fulfilling the orders at all.

The order confirmation states "If there are any questions or delays we will contact you immediately."

Appreciate these are difficult times but a little customer service goes a long way, especially when all we want is to know if and when the overdue orders are being fulfilled.

Edit: My items arrived yesterday 9/4/2020. I am pleased it came but cannot amend my review due to the rude and abysmal service I received.

On a positive note it does seem like Jocelyn has recognised the need for some level of customer care and is doing her best to repair some of the damage her co-workers and management have caused. Thank you Jocelyn.
