Availability and Communcation are Fair
When I ordered the fan in January, the site said it would be shipped in 2-3 weeks. After hearing nothing for 6 weeks, I checked back and learned it would not be shipped for 7 weeks! No effort to even update the initial date. Item is fine but availability and communication need improvement
