Very poor post-purchase experience

Very poor post-purchase experience. I placed an order through the Hoka website on October 8th and have not received an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. The online status still shows 'Processing,' and I am unable to cancel the order to purchase from a local dealer instead. When attempting to track the order via the Global-e website, it shows 'Order Not Found.'

Efforts to contact customer support have also been unsuccessful. They don’t respond to emails, and their live chat is unavailable during the hours they claim to be online (Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM). It feels like a dead-end, both for receiving the order or canceling it and getting a refund.

If you want Hoka shoes, do not purchase them from their website. This terrible experience has led me to write my first negative review on Trustpilot. Still hoping to get a refund.
