Fantastic service and great discounts

Fantastic service and very quick delivery. Initially I was a bit worried about limited reviews on trustpilot and given heavily discounted branded products on their site, thought it might be too good to be true. However so glad I ordered from these guys as the service was great, (they shipped item within couple of hours of purchasing, received tracking details promptly and item got delivered in 2 days) and got hansgrohe shower head with 80% discount. Would definitely order from them again.

Not reliable. Next day delivery order never arrived

Placed an order and paid for next day delivery, week later still no updates, tracking option doesn't work. Contacted support twice they were not able to advise where the item is or when it will be delivered. Cancelled the order and ordered elsewhere wont be using this company again.

Low quality, stale coffee beans

I have ordered coffee beans advent calendar however the beans were stale. When I used it for coffee machine it was showing as under extracting and the coffee did not have any crema on top.
I used other brand beans after to test whether it is coffee machine issue or beans and it had thick crema therefore the issue is definitely beans. Considering the premium price, very disappointing.

Late deliveries and non existant customer service

Ordered a few items and paid for the next day delivery as needed the items ASAP. Items turned up 5 days late. At that point i no longer needed the items( it was for an event that took place before dress turned up) so wanted to return it. No Customer service phone number, support is only via email and facebook that takes days to exchange few messages. Customer service asking me to pay for returns even though they delivered 5 days late

Terrible service

Ordered a few items, chose next day delivery however the delivery company kept providing me 1h delivery time slots in the afternoon but attempting the delivery in the morning and in order to rearrange delivery had to call DHL who charge premium for calls spent £8 on that call and they could not get that sorted. I then called net a porter to cancel the order and get a refund which they refused to do until the items arrive back to their warehouse (even though I have never came into contact with those items) Week later called again this time apparently the items are in warehouse but still no refund, the customer service agent was not listening, just kept repeating template answers. Its been a month and still no sign of refund.

Missleading reviews on their website

I used to be a big fan of Saucony however recently I've ordered few pairs and was quite disappointed with the quality, they felt cheap and some models lacking support. When I wrote a review highlighting the lack of support with one of their running trainers it didn't get published on their website as it didn't "meet their criteria" it appears they only publish positive reviews.

Ordered a month ago still not delivered jd sports refuses to refund

I have ordered some items on their website on the 30th of Dec the indicated delivery date was by 4th of January, now is 15th the tracker shows that the items have not left the warehouse. When I called the customer service I was told the order cannot be cancelled because it has left the warehouse even though the tracker is showing that it hasn't. I explained that I no longer have the access to the delivery address, however they didn't seem to care and said that there is nothing they can do.
UPDATE it is now 28th of January and there still has been no comms or refund for my order . The customer service has not provided any help apart from generic response similar to the one below.

Love it, great quality ,service and value!

I have ordered a Christmas collection gift set from them and was very impressed by .... everything.
Quick delivery ( ordered last night got delivered this afternoon, with multiple update messages from delivery company in between).
The selection and quality of items - it had a range of good products to cover all bases from face, body, shaving etc.
The value - it would have cost 4-5 times more if those items were bought separately.
Presentation - it came in a sturdy beautiful box that do not require any further Christmas packing.

Have to return items to FRANCE and PAY for shipping 10 EUR.

The prices of the items are good, but if for whatever reason you need to return something it is quite a hassle. Firstly you need to ship it back to their warehouse in FRANCE and also PAY for your return shipping (10 EUR) you also need to have a printer to print off the shipping label and the return slip. Overall at this day and age I would expect to at least have return label included with the delivered items. It appears that the return process is designed to discourage returns. Will not be buying from them again as the savings are not substantial enough to justify the hassle and the additional return costs.

Complete disappointment low quality expensive essentially a surprise box

I had really high hopes for Stitch fix. I spend a fair bit of time writing detailed notes to the stylist of what I like and don't like and what kind of items I would like to get. Therefore it was disappointing to receive items that completely ignored my brief.
I asked for a smart high quality navy two piece suit for work price not a priority on this item.Therefore I was expecting Reiss or similar brand/ price level tailored suit, however I received casual black mango trousers - 3/4 length, cotton like material that look like something that might be worn to the beach - £35.99 and a stretchy jersey like different shade of black suit jacket (very casual) - £69.99. I also asked for a turtle neck top, expecting a wool/ cashmere top instead I received a 100% synthetic mesh see through turtle neck top with no hems that looked I was wearing tights with attached sleeves - £37.99. It looked like Bohoo or Fashion nova style and quality item with inadequate price tag.
I also asked for a top for date night - I got a basic wrap around short sleeved viscose top with exaggerated shoulders- it looked like something that came straight from Peggy's from Married with kids wardrobe. - £44.99 I could get something very similar in H&M fro £12.99
Also got Acrylic oversized sweater - £69.99
Overall
THE STYLING - completely off, the items are a miss match - it seemed more like charity shop haul - get the whole outfit for £10 than professionally styled selection of clothes.
PRICE & QUALITY - expensive, considering the low quality items
in total it came to around £250. I would be able to get the same if not better items in H&M for around £80.
SERVICE - I tried to cancel future stitch fix deliveries it allows you to cancel them but then it forces you to select a date for a next delivery it doesn't not allow you to skip this step or get onto another page .

hard to believe that in 2018 in order to transfer 4EUR I need to upload a copy of my passport, confirm my phone number, prove that i am not a unicorn and complete the transaction only during the blue moon.... wont use it again... ;/

The most incompetent delivery services ever

The most incompetent delivery services I've ever came across. Ordered express delivery as I needed the parcel urgently I was given the delivery date - Friday. The email also stated that they will be in touch later on to confirm one hour delivery slot. Never received that email, so on Friday morning I checked the status online, it showed that my parcel was out for delivery. I spend the whole day waiting for this parcel. I tried calling them in the evening but their customer support only works standard office hours. At around 9pm I received an automated email from them stating that my delivery has been delayed and it will be delivered on Monday. Which was too late for me. I have emailed them with this issue never heard back from them. Will never use them again.

Non existent customer service

Non existent customer service. Bought the band last January, in April it stopped charging, contacted customer support 8 months later still have not heard from them even though my band was still in warranty period. I cannot believe companies can get away with this at this day and age.
