1) order was adjusted and instead of 2 of an item only got 1.
2) expensive Issey Miyake spray can can with several deep dents which makes it look shabby in my bathroom. As all items ordered were very well packaged and the other items were perfect, this means a very damaged item was picked and shipped.

Was best price on web. Delivered on my day of choice and exactly when said. Can’t do better!
