E-mail updates throughout the process. Used Royal mail tracked for delivery (reliable delivery people, that can be tracked through them too). Great product that I have used before so no dealings needed with customer service.

Only delivered half of an order and the help team couldn't do anything about it. When I asked if they could message the driver to check if he had my second parcel I was told, and I will quote, "we are from the web chat team and do not call the drivers, hence, I would request you to please get in touch with your sender/seller for further assistance." So just be warned do not bother asking for their help and waste your time either...just go straight to whoever sent your parcel in the first place!

I always get what I've ordered (extra kudos to the actual milkman that delivers as he's extremely thoughtful) and if ever I have had to ring up, I have had any problems dealt with effectively and efficiently.

Great service, even down to the lovely delivery gentleman who kindly popped it just inside my door as he was worried about me lifting the item 😊. It arrived much quicker than I thought (I think it was the day after I ordered it), which meant I was able to get back on the road quicker, so thank you.
