Probably the best method of delivery we have ever used. It was collected on time and arrived on time.

Bought plastic plant pots; a good size for a good price, and then got a discount for spending over £40, so good value. Clicked & collected with no problem.

Homebase had the material I needed, other outlets didn’t stock it. It was in stock and sitting ready for me to collect.

Goods dispatched the same day and arrived very speedily - even for the north of Ireland. Needed the parts urgently to transport my daughter (and belongings) to Uni in Liverpool, and was able to do this.

Product delivered in good time; I think the cost of delivery to my part of the world could be better explained, as it seems very high compared to others; perhaps it is justified?
