Incorrect tyre fitted.

the staff did their job correctly but unfortunately they had to fit another tyre as the one ordered hadnt been delivered to the branch. Hopefully the correct tyre will be fitted this week.

confusion over valve and balance.

upon arrival with my rims I was told I hadn't paid for fitting. I explained I had paid for fitting but not valve or balance. once again I was told that these were necessary and needed to be done. I then explained the rims have a brand new valve and a family member will balance the wheels later. that was then ok, however 1 member of staff said to another right next to me "don't put a new valve on or balance them" in a very dismissive and unfriendly manner. I didn't ask for or express an interest in these extras at anytime. having the choice of disposal/valve /balance is a good option to have giving customers greater flexibility.
