Avoid!!!

Picked a beautiful arrangement online but this was NOTHING like the cheap and crappy looking "bouquet" that arrived. I sent an email to complain and was basically told that the photos are for illustration purposes only the florist actually decides what arrangement to send! I have used this site a few times before but their appalling customer service has guaranteed that I certainly won't be using them in the future!

Thank you for taking the time to post your thoughts, we appreciate all feedback, both negative and positive.

We are writing today to explain our thoughts when coming to the decision above. We do allow for a degree of substitutions for the arrangements we offer, however the bouquet chosen is one of our florist choice bouquets in the advertised colour scheme, purple, lilac and white, the image on the website is for illustration purposes reading:

"Our expert florists will personally create your bouquet using the finest and freshest Purple, lilac and white stems. Your flowers will be hand chosen by the Florist, the image shown is for illustration purposes only, and may vary."

That being said, we would expect the flowers received to fit this description and still be incredibly well received and we are sorry to learn that you are disappointed with the flowers received.

Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for any disappointment caused by this matter
