Fantastic Experience

I had a fantastic experience with Drive The Deal from start to finish. The process was incredibly straightforward – after submitting my enquiry, I was contacted by a helpful dealership offering a significant discount compared to what I’d been quoted elsewhere. The team were professional, responsive, and really took the hassle out of car buying.

I was a bit sceptical at first, but everything was handled transparently and efficiently. I ended up saving thousands on a brand-new car, and it was delivered exactly as promised. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Drive The Deal to anyone looking to get a great deal without the usual showroom stress. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Worst customer service I have ever had

Worst customer service I have ever recieved. Over 3 hours left waiting in the showroom (on more than one occasion) to be told that I couldn't have a courtesy car as they needed to inspect my vehicle to ensure the fault was theirs and not mine (the 14th manufacturers fault in a year) but apparently this is acceptable on a brand new jaguar since most of the faults were only 'minor'
