Easy to assemble, a smart design allowing me at 6ft to submerge up to my ears with comfort. The inflatable lid is a snug fit which will hopefully maintain low temperature. I would say if you’re toying with the idea of a cold plunge for your home then just go for it. It’s a very affordable way to start and may be all that you need. I’m going to give it 12 months of use and then may consider one of Lumi’s models with chillers. I’ve been using it daily and it has definitely been a place I find myself drawn to, a place where it is easier to clear the mind than trying to meditate indoors.
