Top class!

Beautiful products, fit very well. I just wish there were more sizes available as I would buy few more pairs of other shoes.

Thank you for your kind words! We strongly recommend using the filter function on our website – it allows you to see only the styles available in your selected sizes.
For example, if you usually wear size 37 (EU), we suggest filtering for sizes 36 and 36.5 as well – this will show you all the styles that might work for you.

No delivery, no service

I have bought few expensive things online last Friday, delivery was supposed take 2-3days. After 1 week and 1 day still no delivery, no information. I sent email on Thursday asking where my order is and received automated response that it will take Bolia between 12-14 ! days to respond. For luxury brand this is unacceptable! I would like to know where my order is and have the postage costs refunded as you do not stick to your promise

One of the worst shops out there

One of the worst shops out there! We bought very expensive tv and soundbar from bol. Each sent with different delivery company. Soundbar arrived next day (Friday) with post.nl , while expensive tv is nowhere to be seen. On bol website while buying- delivery today (Friday), information on their website still says today, track&trace of delivery company Dynalogic yesterday said delivery today (Friday) then another update- delivery date Monday. This morning message from Dynalogic said delivery today (Friday), track&trace Monday. Chatted with apparent bol customer service- delivery within next 4 working days (!), but they don’t know when. Called customer service: delivery scheduled for Monday, they cannot cancel the order and asked us (!) to contact delivery company ourselves as they cannot! What a mess! Absolutely unacceptable, especially when buying such expensive, luxury items. So still don’t know where our expensive tv is and we are going away. Will never buy from bol again! Such an incompetence and total lack of service! Disgrace that such a company even exists

First of all, my apologies for the inconvenience. If you order something from us, you can of course assume that it will be delivered on the agreed date. Unfortunately, that didn't work out this time.
When I look at the tracking code it seems that fortunately it was still delivered on Monday. However, from your message I cannot fully understand whether it was indeed delivered, so I will contact you.

Company closed down

Bought Sony Xperia recently the phone has serious problems. Email bounces back, phone doesn't work. This company does not seem to exist anymore, or operates under different name. Be aware!
