Review of Quality Foods Online
Despite some confusion with being given two different tracking numbers, neither of which were recognised by DHL, my order arrived complete and well packaged within two days. Really looking forward to shopping with QF again.
Review of themintleaves.com
Great choice, user friendly, unbeatable prices, fast delivery and, if you need it, truly exceptional customer service. If you need help or recommendations, just ask and you’ll get it. Other websites may have a broader range, but themintleaves has much better choice within its own range, with more speciality products. It is always my first choice for spices, masalas and snacks.

Purchased at 1am on a Friday. Despatch email received at 9am. Shoes arrived first thing Monday. Flawless service.

The email to tell me a product was back in stock and subsequent fast delivery were efficient. However, the returns policy is appalling. Firstly, to have to pay for returns in the first instance is preposterous in this day and age. Because the policy is so restrictive and deliberately off putting (seriously, read it), I paid extra to have the delivery signed for just in case they tried to deny receiving it. The only instances where you may have the return postage charges refunded are if an item is faulty or incorrect. I returned the hoodie I received because, as I wrote on the return form I had to download and print myself, it was a completely different colour from the one in the images online (which in my book makes it incorrect), yet my postage charges were not refunded. I know it's only £4, but to be any amount out of pocket with nothing to show for it because of someone else's mistake is pretty annoying. GAA Store needs to sort out its ridiculous, outdated returns policy, and give its website operations team a kick up the backside (and/or an eye test).
