Horrendous customer service

Business banking customer, kept on hold for 20 minutes ,when they eventually answered,they cut me off immediately, and I had to call again. They didn't even attempt to call me back,so another 20 +minutes on hold.
Terrible service. Am now changing banks.

Poor service,poor communication

Sadly this company is poor at communicating and slow at processing. I have been waiting almost 2 months for a claim to be processed. The initial process was confusing, advising to send claim by post, whe. I heard nothing and called them,they said process had changed, but website wasn't updated. I had a number of duplicate emails asking foe the same information. I have since emailed for updates as I have heard nothing, and didn't get a response. Really poor service.

Amazing from start to finish

Amazing from start to finish. I had so much help in choosing what was right for my house in terms of boiler type and size. A home survey was carried out within 3 days of my contacting boiler base. The engineer arrived on time and was so knowledgeable and helpful. We arranged a date for installation, the team arrived on time, made sure my house had minimal disruption and worked so hard all day. They cleaned up so well you wouldn't even know they had been. Can't recommend them highly enough, and their quote was the best I had.

Fantastic customer service

I had chosen a different style of glasses which I found uncomfortable with nose pads. The company were fantastic. I was offered a couple or a refund with no need to return the glasses. Given the amazing (American style) customer service i chose the coupon as i will be ordering a new pair. The quality of the glasses and varifocal lenses i received were excellent.

Once again this company never cease to…

Once again this company never cease to disappoint. This has been going on months as per my previous reviews. I am still being hounded for a paymwnt,despite assurances that this would not occur. No one has been in touch since an initial call which only happened because of a poor review I left here. What he promised dyring that call hasn't happened.
This company are an absolute disgrace. Their communication is beyond dreadful, customer service non existent. They don't deserve 1 star.

Depute all the promises on the call, I am now being threatened with late fees!! Insult after injury ...for a payment i was told not to make until an assessment had taken place

Continue to be horrendous

So, the story continues. Due to leaving 2 x 1 star reviews here,I was eventually contacted by customer service team. We agreed a potential way forward, I was told not to worry about the current bill,till sotuation resolved, and that I would receive an email clarifying everything, and no late fees would be applied. They accepted that my experience was poor .
I received no emails to confirm the conversation as I was promised, and have had an email now demanding payment, or I will incur late fees !!!
This company really don't seem to know what they are doing. Leaving me stressed and really frustrated. Really awful customer service.
I've moved to another company, who are so much better,customer service is excellent and responsive.
Do not go to water plus, they are horrendous.

So I have already left a 1 star review…

So I have already left a 1 star review if it could have been 0 stars it would have been. After leaving the review,water plus asked for details so that a liason person could contact me to discuss, this was 3 days ago,and I have heard nothing. I also lodged a formal complaint,and heard nothing. In the meantime I have a bill which I am not happy to pay due to the ongoing issues,and having been told if I pay it and there us an overpayment,I won't receive any money back I am very reluctant to pay,if I don't I will apparently incur late payment charges.
This company are a disgrace. I have since changed to everfkow,whi certainly,at this point are a million times better,great customer service...so far.
I wouldn't recommend water plus to anyone.they have been nothing but disrespectful,inconsiderate and unresponsive. The stress they have caused me is huges,and they just don't care.

Absolutely appalling company

Absolutely appalling company. I received a first bill fro. Them which seemed extortionate. After over an hour on the phone,I was advised to complete a form,this was sent out on email,the same day, and I completed it, sent it,and got a receipt from. Them saying it was received.
After not hearing for 2 weeks I contacted again. I was told they had no record of form. And to complete again, which i did and returned same day. Eventually I was contacted to say that as the form had been received so late, and I was now changing suppliers, it was not their problem. They would not refund any over payment made to them while I was in contract, they would not honour the inspection to confirm the over payment, and the last charge on the account would also include this over charge,if I didn't pay I would incur late payment charges. I had previously been assured in a Recorded phone conversations that I would not receive late charges, and I would receive full repayment of over charges. I was told I couldn't speak to a manager, as they don't speak to customers. This is absolutely disgraceful. As a small business, u can't afford to lose several hundred £in over charges. Customer service is terrible.

I was asked to provide more information by them on this site,I did and still heard absolutely nothing back.

Awful experience

I had a faulty item. The process is very unfriendly,endless emails and pictures, no way to actually speak to someone. Would not purchase from them again. The walking shoes were expensive and lasted 1 walk then came apart. I am still navigating the pricess which is stressful and very time consuming

Normal yodel...a disgrace

Valuable parcel left out in the open,not in a safe place on Christmas eve when the address was closed (my business address) i was not able to attend,and somewhat doubt the parcel will be there when j do get a chance. Absolutely disgraceful and irresponsible. This is typical of yodel, they have no care at all.

Sadly the items appear quite poor…

Sadly the items appear quite poor quality and made in China. They are very thin, and while the fleece lining may make them warm, i doubt they would be enough in cokd weatger. They are definitely not weatherproof, most definitely not waterproof,and i doubt showerproof. I am now starting the process of returning them, should that prove an easy process I may change the rating. The items are made in China and to be honest the quality is not great. The company have said there must be a fault with the waterproofing, I am returning the items,which apparently,even though faulty I have to cover the return cost! Which was £6.19 . I have asked to be reimbursed for this as the items were faulty, it remains to be seen whether this will be forthcoming.
A further update on this...I stand by my comments regarding the poor quality. There is potential foe this to be a manufacturing error. I have now received a refund. I also received a refund for the return postage.

Returns are impossible poor customer service…

I have tried to make a return,the system says that it can't process at this time, I have written to customer service via the email address given twice and still no response. The customer service call centre is closed and the live chat isn't available.
Really disappointing service. I spent a lot of money and can't return one product. Wouldn't recommend at all

This company is dreadful

This company is dreadful. The customer service number doesn't work. My delivery wasn't received, they marked it as delivered and took the money. This isn't the first time. Appalling customer service. Employ people that can't understand or speak English well enough for even basic communication. Driver phoned me 2x for directions and couldn't understand,then had the cheek to mark the items delivered. Will not use again. But still out of pocket.

This company are dreadful

This company are dreadful. You can't get through on webchat, and if you manage to, after waiting and waiting , they can't resolve issues. I have been trying to resolve an issue for 8 months! I have spoken to them via webchat which has literally wasted hours of my life, and every time they just don't seem to get the problem, and send emails that are totally irrelevant. I will never ever go with them again, absolute nightmare. My last provider were a million times better.
