Great service

Great service. DPD delivered the goods well within the time period that was given when the order was placed. They notified me of delivery and sent me a photo of the of my order being handed over. I was also given the name of the person (the nanny) who accepted delivery of the package. I would have no hesitation recommending this delivery company.

Raskol Europe: Great Company.

I am based in Europe and have made several purchases from Raskol Europe. I found the clothing to be of great quality. The products are competitively priced and are very comfortable. I recieved my goods within a couple of weeks each time I ordered. I would have no hesitation recommending Raskol Europe.

This pharmacy is fantastic

This pharmacy is fantastic. My antihistamines cost a fraction of the price they are being sold for in city pharmacies. I placed my order and it was delivered with two working days. Very good value and a very efficient service. I will definitely order from this site again.

Not a very reliable delivery service.

I was very disappointed with Harvey Norman's Limerick. I paid for a mattress and stipulated that I needed it for the beginning of February. I was assured it would be delivered on time. Two weeks later I hadn't received the goods. I must have spoken to every person in the store, every time they rang me back it was a
different person dealing with my query. I only found out a couple of days ago that if I didn't receive a text with the delivery date, then I wasn't on any of the assigned delivery runs. The staff were very polite but unfortunately I was continuously 'fobbed' off. I am beginning to think that the mattress wasn't even in their Warehouse. In the end I cancelled the order and requested a refund. I had to start from scratch with a different company. Just be aware that if this store is promising you a delivery, insist on a text with the delivery date.

Bad product

I presume this is the same company that make Missoni eye glasses. I bought mine at Delaney's Opticians. All I can say is that I will never again order frames from this company. The frames broke and apparently could not be repaired.

I couldn't believe how fast the delivery was. I had the rug a couple of days after I ordered it. And delivery was free too. I am very happy with my rug. I would order from this company again.

Watch out for 'marked down' items that are still charged at full price.

My advice to any potential customers is to check when you arrive at the till that items are actually reduced, if there are reduced stickers on the shelf. I went to the Range, Limerick just before Christmas. The price for Christmas items on the shelf said half price and actually stated the new price. I was buying a few different items so did not check the receipt. When I realised I had been charged full price, I went back to point out the mistake. The 1st staff member I spoke with told me that I had to show him where it said the items were reduced. I took him to the shelf but all the items were sold out. He then contacted the office and a Manager who stated that the items had never been reduced. I know for a fact that they were. I always have my Christmas shopping done by November but like to go to the shops on the days coming up to Christmas to buy any items that are reduced. I would not have bought them at full price. Basically the inference was that I am a liar. Not good customer service, in fact I would go as far as to say that it was downright disgraceful. Just check your receipt folks.

The prices for our items can fluctuate, this is not something that we have control over, nor can we manually change. The price correct price for the item will be shown at the point of sale. We appreciate that old price labels should have been removed and changed to avoid this confusion. I apologise that this has not been carried out on this occasion and for any confusion this caused. I will ensure this feedback is passed on to ensure that more care is taken in changing price tags to avoid confusion such as this reoccurring.

I would be very reluctant to use this…

I would be very reluctant to use this service. I recently paid for a transaction by cash. Minutes after leaving the premises, I got a text which was supposedly from Sumup asking me to verify the payment I had just made. What scared me was, whomever these fraudsters were, they knew exactly where I was at that particular time.

An excellent service. I ordered on Saturday and received the bed on Thursday. It was delivered to suit my schedule and the driver Linas was very courteous and obliging. He had the bed put together in a very short time. I would definitely order from this company again.

Not as happy with them this year.

In previous years I would have highly reccommded Chill. This year however I found it very difficult to contact them about my quote for house insurance and when I finally got through, I felt like the lady dealing with me couldn't be bothered to search for a cheaper quote. I have never claimed against my house insurance and yet it was higher than last year. Given the fact that insurances are meant to be dropping, I was not happy with this.

Good service

I was very happy that my order was delivered as per requested. I was kept informed about the status of the order, when it was on the way, when it was delivered. Delivery was free, this really impressed me. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because, to me, the bouquet of flowers looked smaller than those shown in the advert for them. Well done to this company. I would definitely use them again.
