We had our first boiler service. The gentlemen who carried out the service were very professional and very thorough.
The booking process was very simple and the company were first rate in their communications with us, in the lead up to the service being carried out.
I would have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone.

The rating that this review should get is 4 or 5. The issue is however that having been a long term member of the club, I recently had to cancel my membership through illness, however this petty company still insisted on receiving a further months payment for January.
Once I am fully recovered I would now never reconsider joining again as a result of this poor service.

Signed up today. Bet 20 on a selection which lost. They claim that they provide a matched bet 20 for 20. The bonus was not credited. It stated that if no bonus was credited then to contact them and it will be added. I did just that only to be told that management had decided that no bonus would be credited. Totally false advertising. Do not go near this company.
