Do not go near this company

Wow, probably the worst company I have ever used and I mean ever. They estimate bills even when you submit meter readings , threatening county court judgements if you don’t pay there and then on the estimated bills and take whatever they want through Direct Debit. It got so bad I cancelled my direct debit and paid monthly on line. I would suggest doing the same as they took three payments in one month from me !

DO NOT TOUCH THESE WITH A BARGE POLE

Addition- got the standard reply to my review, I've tried contacting them dozens of times with no reply. Contract finished soon anyway....goodbye Symbio
