£50 over the phone fee £15 online fee for doing it all yourself. Once you have changed 2 cars you can’t do another online so they rip you off for smoother £50. You are better off with AXA they don’t scam you like these lot. Will never go near them again then charge you lots of cancellation fees. Very poor place. Don’t go near them

Food turned up and a box had split and leaked all over the other food. After informing them about this they asked for lots of info , I’d eaten the food binned the tub they knew what I’d ordered but kept asking the same questions.. still not resolved..
My mrs then ordered a large deal of just meat last night we opened the steak and it was off stank even the dog wouldn’t eat it.
Personally I think it’s how it’s packed and the amount of stuff in one box generates heat and gets to warm. More transportation and packing issues , so I don’t think muscle food can be fully blamed.
Lost two customers here , shame as when it’s good it’s perfect
