Initial appointments well arranged and kept. Delivery and fitting began at the specified time. Polite and tidy fitter assembled units accurately, despite missing parts which he had to collect from the depot himself. Incorrect knobs supplied and replacements arranged, but delays following the failure of several attempts due to poor internal communication resulted in threats for final payment, which were rapidly withdrawn upon explanation of the issues.

Disappointed that voucher couldn't be sent directly to intended recipient for their anniversary (why would I buy a voucher for myself?). Had to send the card followed by the voucher when it arrived (paying twice for postage). Free postage would have been a thoughtful gesture - after all, I'm advertising Stein's and guaranteeing a sale.
