Unconfirmed Halal Certificate

Extremely disappointing that no one in store can confirm their halal certification.

I called the head office and I was asked to email them for the information, I emailed and it has now been over a month and still no response.

Failed miserably to help

Absolutely appalling, failure to understand the needs following a breakdown, failure to add relevant notes on the file starting the patrol to the poorly trained agents in the call centre.

Agents are unaware of the policy terms and conditions and they are unable to explain the correct process, Instead they will state that "we are going around in circles" and that they will be terminating the call.

Please provide your staff with the necessary training!

On going complaint!

Complaint not upheld! I guarantee that the complaint handler did not even bother to listen to the calls.

Financial Ombudsman it is then, what a waste of time and extreme distress.

Dishonest, LIARS and Carefree

I made a simple claim for a broken screen, WeFix came to repair as Samsung approved repairer.

Engineer failed to repair correct causing water ingress a few days later.

WeFix sent a 2nd engineer who now deemed the handset beyond economical repair.

Likewize would not offer a cash in lieu even though it was their fault that the handset now needed to be replaced.

reluctantly agreed to an alternative colour, and they sent this to the wrong address for it to be exchanged!

Likewize then advised that DPD will not deliver to my intended address due to an incident that took place about 2 years ago now???

Spoke to DPD, who confirmed that there is no adverse record on the property.

spoke with Likewize again and this time they advised that DPD informed them that they will not deliver any high value items to my intended address??? and that i would have to select an alternative address!

Likewize are unwilling to deal with the claim and do not offer any other solution whatsoever if DPD will not deliver!

I emailed the CEO of DPD and spoke with my local delivery depot and both categorically confirmed that there is NO adverse record held against the property.

to confirm that there is no issue, i can confirm that DPD are indeed delivering parcels from many other retailers to the intended address.

to date, I still have not been indemnified for my claim and have been left to suffer with a damaged handset.

so I am paying for an insurance policy that does not payout and would rather lie and let the claimant suffer!

This is a ROGUE insurance company ###AVOID###

now I need to waste more time taking my complaint to the FO!

##POOR## Why has RBS chosen CET to…

##POOR## Why has RBS chosen CET to provide home emergency cover through them?

1st engineer was to attend on the 27th, got notification at around 2:30pm whilst on the school run so called the engineer and said that I will be half hour out, he could not wait, discussed the issue of the boiler and he agreed that it was an expansion vessel issue and the he would require boiler make and model to have the part ordered, I agreed that once I was home that I would call in with this info, call centre later advised that NO, a engineer needs to physically see and diagnose!

engineer re arranged for the 29th and did not bother turning up!

called today and spoke to Nakesha, 41mins on the calls, waiting for her to speak with 'Trade' to find out why they did not attend, she could not confirm if they were open in order for her to even speak with them!

now apparently the engineer will be attending tomorrow between 9am and 2pm.

RBS this is a very poor service provider, find another!

Terrible #AVOID#

Poor communication, false promises, definitely not a supplier to be relied upon, they have let me down and as a result our work was delayed costing more than the saving from buying a new one. Negative Facebook reviews also.

Failed to settle my claim!

Made a claim for my damaged S10 phone, the first phone Brightstar sent had dirt around the top speaker, bottom grills and damaged bezel.

Called them and they apologised and said they will issue another straight away.

They attempted delivery but at the wrong address!

Still no phone so decided to purchase my own again from Amazon.

What is the point of paying the insurance!

RBS, please take note as the service was a lot better when it was with Carphone Warehouse and underwritten with Aviva.

## Terrible Service ## Avoid ##

Its a shame that Matrix only allow exclusive sale of the TF30 and TF50 Treadmill via Fitness Superstore!

Bought a TF50 XIR over a week ago and still to date, no delivery, apparently booked for delivery 3 times by the incompetent store for a 2 man delivery and should have been a 3 man delivery.

My reason to cancel was because, Fitness Superstore would not answer the phone nor reply to my emails, and in my last call to them, I was made to feel that, as TF50 XIR is exclusive to them, 'take it or leave it' as they know that I will not be able to buy this product elsewhere.

Well its not the end of the world if I don't get a Matrix TF50 XIR, so I rather leave it and not buy from FS.

There are plenty of other brands and retailer out there!

Ps, my order was placed for a in stock item and even before the lockdown was announced, so no excuse for the poor service..

#UPDATE# It took 19 days to receive our £700 deposit back from this appalling company (WHICH IS ALSO AGAINST THE LAW IN THE UK)

My guess is that large items avoid at all cost as when things go wrong FS will fob you off..

It would be nice to know what type of item the positive reviewers are buying?.

From my experience, avoid and don't bother with FS.

We are really sorry for the delay you have experienced.

This was down to an internal error on the delivery service do to the weight of the machine.

This was missed by the couriers as well which lead to the failed attempts.

Due to the huge influx in demand contact has been very difficult and for that I can only apologise.

As you have requested a refund the goods will be returned to us and the full refund issued.

Amazon Has Really Gone Downhill

Extremely disgusted with the service from Amazon

I have been a Prime/Fresh member for many years now and recently noticed that the customer service, delivery/collection service has really gone down hill.

Items not delivered when the should
Items not being collected when they should (Hemes)

I ordered an item on the 14th/6 Ref:205-3400990-9722701

Item became defective so arranged a refund and collection from home via Hermes on 27th/6 which would mean that they would collect the next business day (28th/6), waited a week and nothing.
Called CS and was told that they will get in touch with Hermes and request for the item to be collected...

I waited many more weeks and nothing and I have gone around in circles since, speaking with several different manager at Amazon, all advising that they need Hermes to collect first before they can arrange a refund, in total I have £294.04 owed to me by Amazon and their faulty items is still awaiting to be collected! this is a complete joke.

If Hermes cannot deliver on their service, then choose a different courier service!

So Amazon, if there is any body that still works there whom cares about exceptional customer service/treating the customer fairly, could you issue my refund and arrange for your faulty item to be collected.

There are a lot of bad/negative reviews on here for Amazon, so it looks like that this is a company not wanting too care any more...

Disgusting company to deal with

Disgusting company to deal with, incompetent staff, long drawn out complaints process.

Never had a late payment and always paid more then the total outstanding balance to ensure leaving myself in credit, but they are to slow in allocating the money for it to be used by me.

I've just cancelled both(Visa and AmX) Emerites Skywards cards with this stupid company. ##Emerites please review your contract with MBNA as this is also affecting relationships with you customers/clients, you need to choose a more reputable company to represent your name/brand##

Honesty and Integrity???

Liars and a cheat of a firm is probably more accurate as a "code of buisness conduct" rather than "honesty and Integrity" as stated on their website.

Bought Lot No: 33552937 which was discribed as unrecorded, primary; rear end damaged, secondary; minor dints and scratches. Run and drive. All panels were in place with only the rear bumper looking slightly detached/misaligned and a scuff in the middle.

Had the vehicle collected with a round trip of 400 miles and then took it to a local body shop.

After having the car washed and looking in the boot we found that the car had gone through extensive and extreamly poor previous repairs, the whole back end from the inside was creased with signs of hammering, rusted welding and cracked seems.

Retail price 14.1k
Copart purchase price £9.8k incl of fees and collection.
Estimated cost of repairs in excess of 5.6k the damage is so bad that it would require a whole new back end with the boot floor cut out and a new one welded in place.

Spoke to Copart Rochford and this was the response:

I ask, where is your honesty in letting buyers know that this lot had previous poor repairs?
