We have had two great experiences on Virgin, but this one was definitely not like the others (in a bad way). The staff, especially our MegaRockstar Attendant was rude and barely assisted us when compared to the others. We noticed several tense moments between staff, and they didn’t seem as happy or willing to assist. Bar staff were incredibly rude and several other groups we spoke to felt the same. Restaurant staff was very nice though and fun to chat with, so that part is still great to see. Side note, please fix the music. Other times was great, this one felt like I was on those Carnival cruise videos seen on YouTube. Take this for what it’s worth, but maybe have different areas with different types of music. Staff area had great music playing. We hung out just outside of their area dancing on the deck instead of The Manor. The sad part is, this is after @VirginVoyages tried to cancel out our credit which we had to fight and get outside assistance with. Very sad to see such a great and exceptional cruise line start losing its way so quickly.

Amazing shipper that kept in great communication, worked with us and our requirements, and even was able to come two days earlier than expected. GREAT experience!

I purchased the $189 package with a $75 two day turn around on 3/3. On 3/7 I got an email that my Resume was just assigned to someone. I informed them that if this is just getting assigned, I would like a refund. No reply. I just got an email now on 3/8 stating that they just reassigned it to someone else. So, no reply to my email, no acknowledgement of my request, but time to pass around my order/resume like a "hot potato", got it. I do not recommend ZipJob, many other qualified and quality resume writing sites out there.

After some initial issues with my order, I was in contract with Patrick after he reached out. This guy knows customer service. He worked at getting the Rush Delivery worked out as well as a shipping situation. I was in a very tight spot due to my laptop failing on me and major projects due, Patrick was able to make sure XoticPC showed the meaning of customer service and found a great resolution.
