Produsele sunt trimise din Olanda, dar returul (dacă este cazul) este haos. Nu există un număr de telefon pentru asistență, răspunsurile pe email sunt vagi și neprofesioniste. Trebuie trimise 100 de mail-uri pentru un banal retur. În cazul meu, deși am comandat un singur produs, am fost nevoit să-l returnez în trei colete separate (curierul le-a considerat produse distincte), ceea ce a generat complicații suplimentare. Ca și cum asta nu era suficient, rambursarea banilor a venit în tranșe, iar la final am primit mai puțin decât suma inițială – cu aproape 100 de lei mai puțin. DE EVITAT.

By far the WORST website I’ve ever used. I’ve tried many platforms over the years, but none come close to the sneaky practices they pull.

First off, they automatically add unwanted subscriptions like "Smart" or similar junk services to your cart without clear consent. Even if you’re vigilant, you might miss it because they sneak it in so subtly. Suddenly, you realize you're being charged monthly for something you never wanted.

And when you try to cancel? Good luck. You can't just click a button and be done with it. Instead, they make you wait for some ridiculous confirmation email that may or may not arrive at all.

Bad customer service and a bad business model based on deception. Clear, honest practices? Not here. Respect for the user? Forget it.

Avoid Gamivo like the plague.

Worst experience ever. We built several landing pages on Swipe Pages to attract customers, but disaster struck when our account vanished out of the blue. We can't access it anymore, and the only way to reach support is through live chat, where nobody responds; there's no email address whatsoever. Unacceptable service, plain and simple.
